True worker of the Lord or false teacher and fleecer of the flock?

WATCH CLIP HERE

quote:

SPECIAL NOTICE... In your effort to locate our web site, you may have encountered other sites devoted to attacking our ministry. Be aware that these sites contain misinformation, disinformation, twisted facts and outright lies. Many of these accusations are sinister distortions of reality and fabrications designed to look truthful. Our response is that of Nehemiah: "I am carrying on a great project and cannot go down. Why should the work stop while I leave it and go down to you (Nehemiah 6:3)?" To those who maliciously malign our efforts to reach the lost for Christ and see those in demonic bondage set free, we respond as our Savior commanded us. We "pray for those who persecute you" (Matthew 5:44).

I watched this videoa and would say that he is a fleecer. I struggle to trust anyone who needs to perform their gifts. I don't trust those who need public audiences to do the Lord's work. I don't trust someone who solicits donations like this.

I do believe in the ministry of deliverance. But I don't believe what this man was doing.

The guy dumped his wife to marry a much younger editor of his books.

Bob is still at it. He has a church Spiritual Freedom Church in CA I believe. He also has an impending TV show on Sci Fi.. The Real Exorcist

He has always been confrontational and sensationalistic. If he actually encounters demons he engages in conversations with them. Again, sensationalism. He really hyped satanic ritual abuse and DID back when he got a lot of negative attention. Lots of rumors about his time of significant downfall. But he is still out and about.

Many things like Bob Larsen would at best raise eye brows
and cause us to question ourselves.

But since the outbreak of Lakeland, Lakeland itself is a
million candle spot light that exposes the fraudulent that
has gone on before them. After examining the fruit of
TB, Bob Larsen can be seen for what he always has been.
He just dresses better. lol.

I've done an exorcism or two myself, never had the reactions
Larson shows. And the others who have written so many books
on the subject. "Pigs in the Parlor," etc. And so many of us are
swayed by all the rhetoric.

Bob is a fraud.

Did you know that Mr. Larsen comes from a rock and roll back ground. In the sixties he went around from church to church talking of the evils of R&R. That he was a great musican in that field. Yet I had a hardtime finding his music back then.

I remember he had lecture one Saturday night. Showing a bunch of album covers. Like Chicago, Led Zeppilen, Who, Jimi Hendricks and bunch of others. Which he ask us to stand up and go home and destory them. The next day he came to our Sunday School class and again. Went on a rampage about the evils of Rock and Roll. One person got up and ask him a question," well what other types of music could we listen too. That would not offend God? He then stated that; "classical music was the only other one besides the gospel music. Because it didn't have lyrics which made it alright". Which I said "well some of jass has no lyrics, what could be wrong with that music/" Which he replyed "it is drug infested music. Which again being a smart person said "well we know you don't know your music history, because some of those classical artist were into drugs also."

I'm sorry to hear divorced his wife. Because she was quite good looking in the sixties. Which gets me to wonder what evil spirit got him to cheat on his wife?

well I am not going to go into what I heard Bob claim about his divorce. I used to enjoy his radio program back in the day. It was always very sensationalist and never really truely sit well with me. Between the lies of Lauren Straffor and Mike Warke and his own behaviors, he was quickly out of disrepute and hadn't heard of him till saw he had a show on one of those "christian" channels of him doing exorcisms.

He always had an atagonistic approach. He always spent half his time asking for money and always constantly in jeopardy of going off the air. In terms of lines he used, he always had his canned statements that he used.

Heck, I even read a couple of his "novels" which were essentially written by others, poorly.

The book of James tells us where, and it's not from an evil spirit.

But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.

Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.

Do not err, my beloved brethren.

You know Jimbofletch, I was just making a judgementle call. What the heck are you talking about? You also are recording from a author who didn't get on his half brother's wagon until the end. When he arose from the dead. So I don't know if he is right in what he stated. When Paul states that we wrestle with evil spirits Ephesians 6:10-13 Finally be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armore of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against the rulers, against the authorities against powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God so that the day of evil comes you maybe able to stand your ground.

Did you take a double dose of meds this morning or have you just skipped them? I cannot believe you're actually dissing James!

A person may be enticed, just as Eve was in the garden, but it is our own desires that draw us away.

James was right--of course--as all of scripture is God-breathed.

Exactly. For example, you may wave chocolate pudding under my nose all day and I won't ever be inclined to taste any - it would only annoy and nauseate me. Howsumever, if you bring out a slice of Pecan Pie, I'm GOING to have a struggle. It's the way I'm geared, that's one of my own desires.

Are you stating that the book of James is not part of Scripture? What other books of the Bible do you dismiss as not being God's Word for all of mankind?

Also, there is no such thing as a "spirit of poverty", or a "spirit of lust", etc.. talk about some Harry Potter Bible reading.
