Anchorage is only an hour from Alaska. The Anchorage Daily News is as liberal as the NY Times.

Whoopee. My paper, in the heart of the southeast US endorses him for president as well. And that means nothing to me, and it would mean nothing to me if it endorsed McCain or an indipendent candidate.

Other candidates the paper has endorsed..

1992-Clinton
1996-Clinton
2000-Gore
2004-Kerry

My, I do believe there is a pattern here.

Yeah, they're batting .500 in recent days.

And they're still wrong 100% of the time.

Big shocker. McClatchey company has 30 dailies across the country, including this one, from the reddest red state, to the bluest blue state and not one endorses McCain. Looks like everyone is on the same page there.

What?

You're telling me that a newspaper in a large urban area has endorsed a DEMOCRAT?

THE WORLD IS ENDING! TAKE COVER! WEAR TINFOIL HATS! HIDE THE WOMEN AND CHILDREN!

Oh wait. That's not unusual is it.

The big paper closest to here got bought out by McClatchey right at the time Knight-Ridder was sold and it is horrible now. I've never been one to complain about a paper being too far one way or the other until I experienced McClatchey. Everything is so slanted in that paper that all the words just form a big jumble on the LEFT side of the pages.

Umm... That sounds like something Joe Biden would say.

This paper has hammered Palin for being pro-life, for promoting abstinance and for opposing phony marriages of sodomites. They're goofy liberals.

I was wondering how long it would take someone to catch that. It's a joke within the state.

Gotta do something to stay warm. And, when people tell you we don't have four equal seasons, they're lying. We have early winter, mid winter, late winter and next winter!
