CLR is supposed to be good for cleaning out coffee pots I really don't understand how the bat got in there and she didn't know. I really have a hard time believing the story. The keurig's look cool but I don't want to be locked into pods for my coffee. I have no problems making small amounts of coffee with a regular coffee maker.

The only thing that's supposed to be run in it is water and white vinegar. You're also not locked into K-Cups with the Keurig. There is a reusable filter that can be purchased, which can hold loose teas and coffees. Less waste that way too. It's a really cool machine.
