I am quite sure that there is a concert going on every week that I would love to attend. For instance, both Gold City and The Bowlings are coming to neighboring states in the next couple of weeks. Gasoline and other living expenses are prohibiting my pursuit of happiness. I avoid looking at schedules for my favorite groups. It is less painful that way! If one is coming near by,they send me e-mails. Hope someone comes soon!

I would like to be at the entire Gold City Homecoming but will be in Spartanburg, SC covering for Donna on Friday night. I would also like to be in either Winston Salem or Pigeon Forge, Sat 6/28 but finances just go so far.

well, lets just saymost likely 28th of june is one thing want to go to. ((( army messed my pay up and having real issues right now)))
because of gas prices, making ann exception to an event in Oct. but unless it is home and within a 40 mile radius when a trip home weekend, or panama city area(((love beach))), or an hour drive from Enterprise,Ozark, Daleville area of Alabama, will just listen to cd's

I would love to go to Gold City's Homecoming but can't afford it. Jeff & Sheri & Gold City are coming to OK but I don't feel strong enough yet to drive that far. Since my little stroke a month ago, my stamina is way down. I'm sure there are others, too, as I don't get to go to too many.

I would absolutely love to go to Canada over july 10th to see Crossway. Seen them many times here, but through various other places on the net, I have come to know some fellow fans in Canada that I would love to meet. Not to mention that I will be turning 40 on the 10th and have had the health crisis of my life over the last few months. :D I would just love to make a vacation of the whole week!!

Becky, I would just love to see CrossWay in Tx. OK. AR, Louisana or anywhere! It has been a while now. Sorry to hear about your health crisis and I hope you do get to go to Canada for your 40th!!!!

I would love to attend the Inspirations "Singing in the Rockies" sometime. In fact there's a lot of good ones I hear of around North Carolina, but I live a long ways from NC and never have enough money or vacation time to do anything like that. I would also LOVE to attend The National Quartet Convention in Louisville. That would be like a dream come true. Same reasons though that I've never been able to go. And alas... A Legacy Five or Greater Vision CRUISE.
Where I live there are no Southern Gospel radio stations anymore even, and only one SG concert promoter and frankly I don't like his concerts. There's only like one a year. They're extremely loud and you can feel the bass beat in your head and chest and it's almost frightening. Last one I went to, I thought I was having a heart attack or something. ANYWAY, I want to move to NC so I can be around more Gospel singings!
NQC.........my dream vacation someday.

I highly recommend the Brumley Singing in Lebanon Missouri every August. At least the Friday night one each year. It's by far the best night, and about the best singing I've ever been to.

DeeAnn, is that your daughter in the picture with Mark? looks just like my pick on partner at Church. I love to pick at a young lady that is identical to her. she usually jumps back at me and fusses. well, is three of us that pick on her.

Donna, I am on call for 6 straight months. I go over 2 hours away, I have to put it for a full 3 day pass. thats 7 days a week on call.

We would like to attend Jason Waldroup's final Greater Vision appearance at First Baptist in Morristown, TN on August 2. However, Gold City (and others) will be at New Hope Church that same night in Sevierville for the Mull Singing Convention.
One starts at 6PM, the other at 7 PM. I'm wondering if it's possible to catch the first hour of the Greater Vision concert, then head to New Hope to catch Gold City's set.

I got the technician to cover for me on the 28th so that I could go to the Forums do-dah in PF, but GV won't be there.
