I'm so lost. I have replaced God With Myself and am either going to die or lose my family which could also lead to death. I have no friends at all and don't know where to turn.

Can anyone help me?

Not to sound overly simplistic markkk but you find your way back one decision at a time. What types of issues are your struggling with that would make you feel you are going to die or lose your family?
