We grilled one once and brushed it with olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic and salt while it was cooking. I think we brushed it like 4 or 5 times. It was really good.

Lots of yummy recipes for pork loin. One easy way is to roll it in cajun seasoning, put it on the grill or bake it and serve with a pepper jack cheese sauce. Very good and easy. (The sauce is just a basic white sauce with some pepper jack cheese added.)

is it a pork loin or a pork tenderloin? If it is just a pork loin I would roast it. If it is tenderloin here is my favorite way: slice it and pound the slices flat with a tenderizing hammer. Then I dredge it in some flour with a little salt and pepper and Pork seasoning (by McCormick but I think it is discontinued). Then I sautee it in a little oil

You're supposed to be able to cook spinach with it, but I never got the spinach to come out right. -Dan.

If it's boneless, I butterfly it (sort of. What I actually do is cut around so that I wind up with a flat sheet approximately 1/4 thick), season it inside and out with garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and parsley. Then I add a thin layer of bread crumbs to the inside, roll it up, tie it, roll it in breadcrumbs, and roast for around an hour and a half at 375. You get a nice looking spiral effect when you slice it. Serve with gravy and whatever sides you prefer.

Is it a whole pork tenderloin roast? Or slices? If it is the roast, I usually throw it in the crockpot with sliced onions, spices and cream of mushroom soup and let it cook. When 1/2 done I added carrots and potatoes. If it is the slices you can basically do the same, except braize them on the stove put them in a roasting pan, add the onions, soup, potatoes and carrots. I like doing this because it is also easy clean up CRH

I like to roast it on a rack over some apple cider. About an hour at 350* should be sufficient to be done, yet moist. When cooking meat, I ALWAYS use a meat thermometer to make sure it's done.

Roasted with whole garlic cloves stuck directly into the meat (poke a hole with a small sharp knife and then stick the clove in). Then I chop potatoes, carrots and onions and scatter them around to bake along with the roast. Delicious!

I mix salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, sage, and olive oil, and rub on the outside, and roast in oven. Yum!
