I kept wondering how to do more than one quote in a box..everytime it was explained on here, I couldn't do it, though I kept trying.... I have found an easier way...Do your first quote the normal way..Write whatever you wanna say...post your post. Find, and then highlight whatever you wanna quote, and press "Copy" on your computer. Hit the edit button to go back into the post. Paste the quote. Highlight what you pasted, and then press the quote button. Say what you wanna say under the quote. Post your post. Repeat as necessary, until you have all the quotes you want in your post.

lol That sounds like a whole lot of work and by the time you get done editing the post, someone may have read it and passed by before you were done. I would suggest that you open a quote box, then you can click on quote for each post you want to quote. Highlight the text in the quote box, click on control and c at the same time. Go to the first post box, then click control and v at the same time. Close out the quote box of the one that you no longer need. Do that for each post you want to quote from until you are done. Once you are finished, you can post the whole thing all at once.

or just open a reply box, highlight, copy and paste from the page without opening another reply/quote box for everything you want to quote. I just highlight, right click copy, go to the reply box and paste it. easy peasy.

Well, all the stuff you copy you still have to highlight and hit the quote button. You can't just paste it in there.

It makes a difference how you have your settings in forums. Does posting open a new window when you click reply or does it reply in the same window... it makes a difference in how it does quoting.

Melissa, since I can see you typed the V, it looks like you hit the shift V keys instead of the control V keys.
