HI I'm a single mom and a fairly new Christian. I've been single for several years and rediscovered my Christianity about 4 years ago. The problem is this lately I feel very far apart from God. I attend Church regularly and also go to a Bible study weekly but I feel like He's far away either not hearing me or choosing not to answer. I lost my job last month and we are currently living with my parents which can be trying! I'm a nurse but so far have had no luck finding a Nursing position which pays what I was making before and unemployment just doesn't cut it! On the positive side I'm healthy and have some very good friends but am really struggling with this distance from God thing.
