I have been struggling with masturbation for years and I really feel that God wants me to stop. I just dunno how. I need advice and support and I am way to embarrassed and ashamed to talk about it to people in person.

Stop cutting your fingernails - grow them nice and long. I think you will find that should make you stop pretty quick.

Like Manda's suggestion, Vicks Vaporub. Rub it in your hands very well anytime you're at home (my guess is you don't masturbate in public). It really stings to masturbate with that stuff on your hands. If you have any battery operated aids, close the door on them and get rid of them forever. There's a guy over in the quit smoking support thread who used to wear a rubberband around his wrist, and everytime he craved a cigarette, he'd give himself a good SNAP! on the wrist. And, most of all PRAY.....Pray for God to deliver you from this and to keep you strong while you're trying to stop.
