Well, he SHOULD be ashamed. He was apparently directly involved in the coverup. He narrowly escaped lawsuit due to his status as the Vatican head of state. I'll believe he's serious when he starts handing over the pedophile priests, bishops, and cardinals, instead of letting them retire with their position intact, without even an apology to the victims. Cardinal Mahoney is in his entourage, for crying out loud...
