The Bo Man. Hillary runs a frustrating second. No because Obamais black, or Hillary a woman. Obama is no.1 ranked in voting for abortion, gay marriage, liberal views, and his unbliblical church, his wife. Hillary is number sixteen in her voting record, bad too. Bill and Hillary before were slick, and all kinds of funny money, accusations of murder, adultrey, lying in last eight year terms. These IMHO, are not moral Godly people, and that matters, to have, if not Godliness, just a form of goodness, which both are missing. Mccain, has courage of conviction atleast, would not leave his men, or torture. The other two do not have this trait. So I know a few will rant, at me call me names like ignorant and racist. I was ask, so let me give my opinion and you give your opinion of the post, and not of me. Thanks

Personally I'm not afraid of any of them. If either Obama or Hillary get in, or even McCain, so what? Yes, it will get worse here, worse than it already is. It's all under God's control. Whatever happens not only will not take Him by surprise, but He'll turn to our good. Who knows? Maybe He'd use an abortion-loving, tax-mad president to wake us all up.

It is so sad when I read about what folks think about our country and about hao bad we have it, the evils of govenrment, etc. I spent a large part my life (over 20 years) living in third world countries as a missionary. And folks who live here in the USA shoulfd get on thier knees and thank God for where they are. I propose that before anyone can vote, they should live a couple of months in one of those countries as a citizen of the host country. I believe that would cure all this "Hate America" puke spewed out by the left wingnut liberals about how bad we have it. Thanks RC

Who scares me more is not listed in the OP. Who scares me more is the average citizen voter who does not study the candidates or issues but instead makes up their mind based on hearsay and innuendo. Those who vote not based on any principal but "What's in it for me". Those who have no idea what the founding documents of the country say or mean. It is they who shape what direction we ALL go. Yes, I'm scared.

BO scares me more than any of them. I don't like the LIE that surrounds him. He appeals to Christians, Moslems, and Atheists, and of course New AGers-Oprah. He says he was an athiest until almost 30 years old. A true Christian is not gonna make New AGers or Atheist or Moslems feel good about their religion. His Church, oh my gosh, It is based on James Cone book. Who says some crazy things about Black vs Whites. Yes, we know that the DNA says we come from Tanzania. Anybody reading the Bible honestly knows that we were Black First. I also know there are racist people all over( I used to be a big racist) but we are to base our Christianity on our color? I don't see that anywhere in the Bible. I have yet to hear a speech where he is talking to AA audiences where I feel comfortable. He seems Bill Cosbyish to me. He himself is black and white, but not really a AA like me and my family. I have a sister that thinks he is the beast described in Rev 13. The one coming speaking great words, and blashepmy against God. Who will be a given a time of 42 months. I'm not sure yet. He just doesnt sit well with me as a Christian. Everything looks good, but if you scratch the surface.......

Oh, I agree with sister, posted it in prophecy and end times. Under I know people are going to laugh. I do agree with 99.9 % of your post. Great post tracy dolls, we agree on many things, not all, but many. It should make anyone feel uncomtrable if someone is spreading hate from the pulpit. Kudos quote:

I can’t say any one candidate ‘scares’ me; God is ultimately in control of such things, and the most powerful kings that ever existed were not beyond God’s power to direct as He wished for His purposes. I am concerned for the direction of this country though, from the least office to the most powerful, that we no longer have a moral compass, or any wisdom when it comes to history or the spiritual and philosophical foundations of our country and culture. Unlike many others I don’t fear that some totalitarian will attempt to wrest control of our government, but that we will invite the state into every aspect of our lives because we no longer have the will or fortitude or wisdom to maintain our lives, our families, or our communities in any sustainable manner. Indeed, it will probably be fear that will do us in – fear of sickness, fear of poverty, fear of crime, fear of chaos. Unable any longer to do anything of substance for ourselves, we will gladly hand the reigns off to those we hope will do the work for us. Bearing that in mind, I find Obama to be the most calculating in this regard; this is exactly the ‘hope’ he is selling, and he has been looking forward to this day for a long, long time.

2monkeysman I say don't vote. There is nothing in the Bible that says you have to vote. Or at least I have not read it. Read about when we first got kings. when Israel asked God for one. Also remember that people voted Hitler in. I think Bo is gonna be regardless. Am I scared. Naw. I fear no man. Lightshineon. I brought the Rev 13 to your post in End Times

I don't think the notion that "people voted Hitler in" is good reason not to vote; infact, it's a very important reason to vote - imagine how things would have been different if people who didn't vote had voted against Hitler?

Oh no you get me wrong, I can think of much better reasons to vote. Lots of my people died to get the right to vote. But it's not in the Bible that we should, could, or have to. That's my measuring stick. We are not be citizens of this world. We are strangers and foriegners here. If Bo becomes president, he will have the votes of the people, I think at this point Hill would have to steal it.

McCain scares me the most because I have a son in Iraq and I want him to come back and never go over there again. (Here comes the "He volunteered, that's his job, bla, bla bla..." save it please). - Julius

As a democrat I obviously hope Clinton or Obama get in, but if McCain wins I don't think the result would be terrible (unlike, say, all the damage Bush did in his 8 year term). Even if I wouldn't vote for McCain, I do respect him, and I also think if he were in office he would remedy a lot of what Bush has done completely wrong over the last 8 years. People often say that they worry he would go to war with Iran, but I really don't think we are going to be starting any new wars in the next 8 years regardless of who is in office. Our military is stretched so thin that we couldn't start a war even if we wanted to (much less had to). Plus he really is a moderate, and given that the dems will likely maintain control (or even gain more ground) in the house and senate, I don't think the democratic party as a whole will be in a bad position come November, regardless of if they win the presidency or not. Plus as far as supreme court judges go, I don't see McCain electing an uber conservative, and even if he did, the dems would have the power to block it. I just hope that if he is elected he'll revert back to the John McCain that we all used to know and love and dump the whole "no really, I'm totally conservative" routine.

But I think regardless of who is elected we will have to start drawing our troops down in the next 4 years. McCain will run based on Iraq rhetoric, but there are practical considerations beyond his control that he's going to have to deal with regardless -mainly that we can't keep our troop level there for much longer. The Bush administration is really just dumping the whole mess into the lap of whoever gets in office next. So regardless of who ends up in there, they will be blamed for the mess no matter what they do.

None of the candidates "scare" me. And I could vote for either McCain or Obama. Whomever wins, they will spend most of their term cleaning up after the Bush Administration. quote:

That's a very good point. The fact is, our military will not be able to sustain Iraqi operations at their current level unless the military increases its size (not likely). As it is, defense spending will be consumed replenishing worn out equipment from a fiver year and counting conflict.

No single President has done more damage to America than GWB and company. He has spent more money than the last 5 presidents combined....there is nothing conservative (fiscally or otherwise) about him or the administration. Ask his brothers...especially Neil, whoring around in eastern Europe after raping America first - of course Daddy bailed him out. You can deceive yourself by buying into party politics, but it's a sham my friend!! There is nothing "Christian" or "More Christian" about either party. Who is worse between Obama and Clinton...let's throw in McCain also. Answer: They're all bad!....especially Clinton and McCain. McCain has gotten a lot of mileage out of his "Hotel" stay....but come on. His SERVICE TO AMERICA was about like John Kerry's and GWB's (or Dick Cheney, Clinton's and Rummy) = NO SERVICE. Wake up people. Let's take our country back - stop letting these people take from you.
