I've gotten myself all worked up looking at videos the past couple of weeks that I felt like my world was falling apart. Oprah's Church, Don't Drink the Kool-Aid, 23 minutes in hell, Marry K Baxter's "experience" in hell. These are just some of the videos I've watched. I've heard a little about the other Florida "revival". The gas prices are going up, food prices are going up, natural disasters seem to be happening closer together and I to be quite frank, I got scared and wanted to go home right away. But Jesus said in the book of Luke 21 that when they say, "The time is near", don't go with them. Jesus said, "Don't be alarmed." Jesus said, "Don't be afraid". I decided to listen to Jesus, how about you? I'm watching and I'm ready, but I'm not going to stop living because Jesus said these things would come to pass. He also said that as in the days of Noah before the flood, we'll be eating, drinking and getting married! So live it up! Live it up for Jesus!

We still have souls to win for Christ ... and it's going to get worse before it's gets better. I never thought I'd see the United States like I see her today. It breaks my heart! It's time for a lot of witnessing, testimony ... spread the Word!

When Jesus was referring to our day He was talking about it being just like In Noahs day. They were warned of the coming distruction because of their immoral lifestyles but most laughed, scoffed, didnt change, thought Noah was crazy, they kept living as usual and the flood came and killed most of them except Noah and his family because they believed God did what He told them to do even though the world thought they were nuts.We need to be concerned, Jesus said if even more so as the day approaches and its almost here even at the doors.I dont want to live it up I want to continue to repent to become more like Christ so if and when persecution strikes this country and it looks like we are headed in that direction soon I and as many of my family members as possible will be ready not to deny Him no matter what.Too many people take one scripture and run with it Gods word is a whole book not a sentence. The true test is on its way so many have just said a prayer and think that will keep them till they die no matter what they do, if it would have been that easy I dont think Jesus would have come to die. Jesus said if you deny Me before men I will deny you before my Father in heaven and there are so many other scriptures like if you dont forgive you will not be forgiven.I dont want to play I know God is stricter than most believe He is He calls us to be holy I know we cant do it without Him but with Him we can become holy and are called to be so.God help us to be all Youve called us to be and to be true to You and You alone.Thank You God that You have been soooo gracious to us for so long.Thank You Thank You Thank You!!!!!!!

Judah, I don't know what state you live in, but you must be living pretty sheltered if you don't think there is persecution in the US. Your students in public school and using internet have already been introduced to persecution and it is rising. Christian beliefs are become less and less tolerated and we are being pushed underground just like the rest of the world. Have you noticed that all the other religions, beliefs, and especially new age are being accepted and bring up Christianity and their defenses go up! We presently work with the persecuted churches in Mexico. Our church is 1/2 American/Canadians that are still quite unaware of the persecution while our Spanish church lives with it daily. One women in our church was recently fired from her teaching position because she would not convert to Catholicism. This wasn't the first job she's lost because of her faith. I talk to them on the streets, I've sat in their services when rocks are thrown overhead to disturb the service. People are thrown out of their homes and cut off from their family for their faith. Yes, we must be watching and waiting and let our life shine in dark places.

Jesus said, "Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. Believe in God. Believe also in me. In my Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And when I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also." St. John 14:1-3 "For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the archangel's call, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ shall rise first; then we who are alive, who are left, shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air; and so we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words." II Thess. 4:16-18 These are very great and precious promises to all who are children of God. This life here is temporary and fading away. God's children can be rest-assured that our Heavenly hope is awaiting us and it is this very hope which propels us and moves us on to greater heights. It is this very hope that enables us to overcome any fear that man might present to us. It is this very hope that give us the victory to overcome the world. Heavendweller

Not even concerned. I figure that if God could feed an entire nation wandering around in the desert for about 40 years I don't think me and my family are really going to be much of a problem to take care of. God is still in control. We just happen to be here until he says otherwise.
