"Raising major concerns among privacy advocates, a federal judge has ordered Google to hand over details about the viewing habits of YouTube users to media giant Viacom."

Interesting. They claim they're not going to use the information to go after individual viewers, but the repercussions for user privacy are kind of scary... especially given that you're probably technically "viewing" when you get something Viacom wants to claim in a search, or as a "you might also like" link.
