I just wanted to voice my concern over crosswalk's commentary on the Zohan movie. They stated that it wasn't family friendly but liked the ending which dealt with peace between 2 countries. I took 2 of my teenagers to this movie and was ashamed of myself after the movie started. It is loaded with so much sexual filth. This film should no be recommended to anyone. Garbage in garbage out!!!!!

Is this the commentary in question? It doesn't sound like they're recommending it at all.

It's Adam Sandler, it's going to be juvenile "he said a dirty word!" kind of humor. What else would you expect?

This one is worse than that. The running gag throughout the movie is that the Adam Sandler character, who goes to work in a salon cutting hair, becomes liked by all these very elderly women who come into the salon because he takes them all into the back room and has sex with them. I cannot understand how this movies got a PG-13 rating.

I guess even without the sexual/juvenile innuendo, much of naive, pacifist sermonizing concerning Israelis and Palestinians may warrant the most complaints which may have more to do with say, Haaretz or some of the mainstream press reviews here, which I was somewhat surprised to hear (from The Week magazine) that Zohan garnered on average, 3 stars out of 4! Probably the most telling is The New York Times' A.O. Scott, almost lauding this current Sandler entry as a sort of post-Zionist comedy... Enough said...

I haven't seen it but my daughter went recently and said it was the dumbest movie ever.
