Thought I'd say hello, as I've been reading thru some of the other posts and realized I was supposed to introduce myself. I've been trying to find a good online community to relate to and hopefully have some good discussion/debate with, my interests vary from Christian topics to science fiction/fantasy and sometimes those don't mix so well! The other forums I've been on seem to sway too far into agnostic/atheist territory and make me uncomfortable -- however I am still interested in those topics! Also conspiracy theories grab my attention.

That said, I've been saved for 24 years altho not a church-goer. Have been to probably 50 different church buildings but didn't find a lasting home in any. I do have strong belief in the Bible as sole authority in my life.

I'm married and have two grown kids, and finding time to be passing faster every day. I would love to discuss with anyone who has similar experiences as I do, especially considering how the times are now. Anyone else get the feeling our time here is rapidly coming to a conclusion? Let me know your thoughts!

Hello kitken01! Welcome to the forum!

I'm sure you can get a good discussion and/or debate here if you are looking for one.

Me? I just like to "yak."

Hi, Kitken. Welcome. I'm new too but I couldn't stop reading and posting here today, so many interesting posts, so little time. Speaking of time--and your last comment--absolutely I feel that way, that our time is getting close, very swiftly. Looking forward to discussing that here.

I have two grown children too as well as a few other things I can relate to with you. I could've written your intro myself. LOL Except I was saved 20 years ago this Oct. I always felt something spectacular was going to happen to me in '88. It wasn't til early '89 I realized it had!
