Hey everybody. I tried to post last night while I was here, but fell asleep at the computer. John shut the computer down before I woke up.
Didn't get to the gym yesterday. I was getting out of bed to have lunch before getting ready to go and I was in so much pain that getting out of bed caused me to scream and collapse back into bed. (Thankfully I was still on the bed when I did). I haven't been that bad for quite some time. The poor physiologist was looking back over my exercises to see what she'd made me do to make me like that, as I'd been in tears the two nights before due to pain as well. It's not her fault. I just have times like that. It hasn't been that bad for a while, (getting out of bed etc), but it wasn't the exercise that did it. Sometimes it's not fun being me.

Hey buddies!
Tried to get in here earlier on today, (your last night), but just as I booted up the computer, thunderstorms started up right over the top of our house. Didn't think it'd be wise to keep the computer going.

Our family is getting together for Mother's Day tomorrow afternoon. Also me and Tooshy are going out to eat tonight instead of tomorrow in hopes of beating the crowds.

Hello Trish. Sorry you don't like massages. I love them! John massages my feet every morning and my back every night (I'm spoiled). I have poor circulation in my feet, so I need them rubbed to keep the blood flowing. He loves doing it!

Just because back pain is common does not mean you should accept it. Cancer is getting quite common and people do not say "owell, whatever" to that.
Are you sure your spine is in proper alignment? I chiropractor could take some xrays and you could find out. It seems like your back in in pain a lot.

I love LOVE foot massages.... I gave my middle daughter one a month or so ago..... she said in a dreamy voice, "I feel soooo loved... "
....... and she's right! Getting a foot massage makes me feel so loved, too!
