I chose other - as we are currently attending a non-denominational church. However, the kids attend youth groups at a nearby methodist church as it is just down the street and the church we are attending does not currently have youth groups for kids in elementary school.

I teach the 4 year olds in Sunday School and work with the youth group on Wednesday nights.
(It appears the website is down right now. We added a new pastor today and probably someone is adding his picture, email, etc.)
