While I was jogging today a gentleman(a quite dashing one I might add) came along beside me for a short distance.........he commented on noticing how hard I have been working and that it shows cause I am really starting to look good..........

I just love the way God works........I share a statement God reveals to me and realize I really do believe it......I do believe the man God has for me will come along beside me and join me in what I am doing........since then twice has God had a man come along side me and join me in something.........showing me, giving me a taste what it will be like when the man he has chosen will come along side me for life..........where normally I would have been uncomfortable with the actions these men took.......both times it just seemed so right......It is as though God is showing me how things are meant to be in my life........does that make sense? It was just such a cool experience........

God using people to allow us to experience a little of what he is sharing will be makes me smile big time.

Status: offline 		Have you seen the picture Rach? It really is great. You really wouldn't be able to "tell" a "race" from the drawing... it's more of a pencil type drawing than a "picture".

I honestly can't think of something a man has said which has touched me as much.......

You have showed me what it will be like when a man comes along beside me and joins me in worshiping under open heavens, what it will be like when a man comes along side me as I work out, and now you have showed me what it will be like when a man really takes the time to "know" me.......

Thank you Lord for all you are showing me......for showing me the things you have on your list for my husband..........

What a wonderful thing to hear.... Praise the LORD!

This truly shows that when people look at you... when they spend time with you... they see Jesus!!!

I'm learning about blessings.... we don't deserve them... but God gives them.... and I truly think He POURS them out upon those of His children who truly obey and love Him from the depths of their hearts...

The picture you linked is not the same one I saw........mine he was lifting his head the other way and it was a painting not drawing............and his eyes.........wow his eyes were huge and bright.

I don't know much about it........but I do know a few people who have gone and the picture they painted was sure different then what I am reading in that thread.

Hearing the experiences of the people who have actually been there makes me smile........I don't know what it all about but I know that if the excitement in their voices was even a fraction of what God is doing then he is sure doing something..........

I think people need to be careful before "condeming"; but there is also a need to be sure what is coming out of "revival" is really of God. And that is what revival is really all about! We need revival, personal and corporate church revival...

Status: offline 		You know what - today is when I should have been taking over as Brain Bowl State Advisor. With me leaving the college - I gave that up - for now. I figured I'd be VERY depressed today, but, I am not! Praise God! I know that God is moving me in directions that are totally different from what I had envisioned, but I am excited with them - knowing that they will take me back to being advisor one day in the future.

The revival thing in Florida is HUGE!!!! My blind friend wants to go so God will restore his sight.... I'm thinkin' God can use him more if he's blind.... but those are just my thoughts... Like... if God wanted to heal him... he won't need a man in Florida to do it... I don't know what to think about the FL thing...


Okay.... I'm laughin...

Somehow... I triggered the security thing in my car... and it won't start...

I found an online manual... and it says that I need to put the key in the ON position for TEN MINUTES... and then turn it to the OFF position... than it will start... guess where I'm spending my lunch????

If it's not one thing in my life... it's another... makes me laugh.... :D

I'll probably be gone most of the time from now until next tuesday. Meetings tomorrow , but then vacation time !

Actually next Monday my family and I will be taking a short road trip to visit their Dad's grave site. Well the place they put a headstone anyway, he was cremated but the family put a marker in their family cemetary plot. So if any of you think of it, please pray for us. It may be an emotional time for all of us... and then there's the other side of the "family" to worry about running into as well.
