I'll go first,

Name: I want my life to be one of Adoration. People call me Addy, or Addie, depending on their preference of the spelling. [:D]

Location: Tejas... Texas. Very nice place.

How long have you been posting/lurking?: Started in 2000 lurking, made my first post November 2000, and got hooked in January 2001 in the Teens Forums. I left CW in 2002 and returned to lurking in 2004, and began posting again in 2005. It is 2007 and I'm still here. [8D]

What do you enjoy doing? Generally I enjoy being silly, and making people laugh - this is not always accomplished though. [;)] I enjoy the out of doors, hiking and kayaking are two things I jump at doing if I'm given the chance. I love music. Mostly worship music, because I love to worship, and I get off on taking pictures. With a decent camera, I'm a shutter bug... and getting things done other than posting on forums. [:D]

Tell us a little about yourself: In person I'm pretty serious, and real. I'm more of a one on one person, although I'm working on breaking out of my comfort zones. [;)]
I am the oldest of 4 kids, and my siblings are all boys. I have a pretty nifty job, that keeps me pretty busy. Hitherto is where I unwind or procrastinate.

What do you enjoy doing?: I enjoy CW and lurking on the forums. [8D] I enjoy being outside, especially on a beautiful, balmy, spring day like today! I enjoy hanging out with friends and most family members. [;)] I enjoy being silly. [:D] I enjoy the simple things in life - REALLY! I enjoy smileys! [:)] I enjoy going to church. I enjoy the wonderful Christian radio station I listen to. I enjoy seeing other people happy! [:)] I enjoy my quiet time. I enjoy good food and fellowship. I enjoy my pets. I could go on and on, but I should stop for now. [:D]

Tell us a little about yourself: Me? Hmm ... I'm a 35 y/o widow. I have custody of my 11 y/o niece and am trying to raise her to the best of my ability, although it's extremely though at times, especially now that it's just us two. I live near a small, rural town and enjoy it for the most part. My occupation is medical transcription. What else do you want to know? [:D]

How long have you been posting/lurking?: Oh my - since 1998 or 1999. I originally heard a radio ad for "Crosswalk.com on the World Wide Web" and decided to see what it was about. I started posting in forums soon thereafter and haven't stopped. [sm=aside.gif]

What do you enjoy doing?: Being on the forums... reading, singing (I ain't a professional, though), loving on my hubby...

Tell us a little about yourself: I was a long-time single here on the forums, and I occasionally lurk and post. I met my husband here on the forums; we married October 2005 when I was 32 years old. I'm not the "official" Singles Forum moderator, but I do sometimes moderate in here.

So yeah - I'm married, and I'm not working. So I'm pretty much addicted to the forums, LOL! [;)]

How long have you been posting/lurking?: On and off since probably 1998/99. I did more lurking than posting back then. It's really just been in the past year that I've upped my post-count though. [:D]

What do you enjoy doing?: I enjoy being on CW and getting to know the people here, spending time with my family and church-friends, reading, being outdoors, time at the beach, refinishing wood furniture, and more.

Tell us a little about yourself: Let's see, I'm in my mid-30's, and a single mom. I'm pretty quiet in person, and sometimes on the forum too. [:)]

What do you enjoy doing?: Spending time with my teenage children, playing the flute and piano, singing, home decorating

Tell us a little about yourself: I am in my early 40's. I am a divorced single mom of 2. I have been divorced over 12 years. I am a nurse at an addiction crisis center, and I am just finishing my bachelors degree in psychology. I am on the outreach team at my church.

How long have you been posting/lurking?: Since December of last year

What do you enjoy doing?: Singing, playing piano/violin, writing poems, playing/watching sports, having fun. I enjoy just trying to create my own little melodies that help express how I am feeling at the moment.

Tell us a little about yourself:
I'm the youngest of 2 kids and am very shy. I'm also in my late twenties though I probably look at least 5 years younger than that. So I tend to be more of a one on one person rather than in large crowds. I have a decent job and hope to find a more challenging job. Though I am somewhat quite analytical I often think with my heart than my head.

How long have you been posting/lurking?: Well I started back in 2000 then left for awhile (forgot my name had to make new one ) and now I am back :)

What do you enjoy doing?: Listening to music, playing games, spending time with friends and family and playing on the internet to name some stuff:)

Tell us a little about yourself:I am 30 female never married and no kiddies , would like to be some of those things some day :) I am the oldest and only girl of 4 kids , I go to IWU and studying criminal justice for now...when I go for my bacholors degree I might had some anthropology classes and religions to round off the criminal justice. I love the whole field of symbology especially as it relates to religion so who knows lol I have noticed that it is hard to write about yourself without making it sound like a personal ad lol anyway I am open and honest so if anyone wants to know anything else feel free to ask me :)

How long have you been posting/lurking?: Posted a couple of years ago, then left, then came back and lurked for a while, then started posting again a few months ago.

What do you enjoy doing?: Singing at church (or wherever there is a song playing), volunteering on the church youth staff, SHOPPING (for shoes that rock!), eating out, watching movies, just chillin with friends. I love going to christian concerts link Kirk Franklin or Israel & New Breed or Martha Munizi (love me some good ol gospel music) I also like GOING to sporting events but hate watching them on TV.

I'm 25 but look like I'm 20 (I hear this wont bother me when I'm older...) 5ft 2in, brown hair, blue eyes. I'm a computer tech by day and a web designer by night. Never married, no kids. No prospects. [:D]

How long have you been posting/lurking?: Posted a couple of times but was officially introduced the middle of last month.
What do you enjoy doing?: I love sports. It's so much more funner going to the game than sitting at home watching it. I agree Brit. I love to spend time with our youth group as well. Those kids are the backbone of my week. I volunteer as much as I can with many many projects. I love to work with the Texas district Church In A Day program. www.amiracleinaday.blogspot.com (check it out if ya would like. Like to watch movies and also enjoy airshows. Hence the name Flyboy, Radar, Maverick...So so so much more. Oh, and I do love me some good Christian Music.

I'm 23 y/o. 5ft 11 in. almost 5'12 [:D] Blonde hair, blue green eyes. I work for Pitney Bowes but can't wait to get out of here. I start in May volunteering at a Children's Hospital here in the Ft. Worth area which I am so excited about. Never been on a date before, no kids (obviously). Just a good ole country boy at heart living in the big city...

What do you enjoy doing?: Hospitality is one of my talents so I love to host get togethers. I also love being involved with youth.

Tell us a little about yourself: I have lived in several states and love the variety of "culture" we have even in one country. I currently am an office administrator/csr for a utility company, but my desire is that someday God would allow me to invest more of my time in a more people oriented field. For example, I would love to be involved with an organization that deals with children with cancer. I am very much a people person and am looking forward to getting to know people through CW.

Location: Rural Florida......where we have to break for the chickens who run all over the place.....lol

How long have you been posting/lurking?: I forget.....for a while, more often a couple of years ago i guess when i worked different hours! Actually the midnight to 8 shift at a Domestic Violence shelter.

What do you enjoy doing?: I love spending time w/the neighbor kids, helping them learn and explore the world. I enjoy listening to music, and just unwinding!

Tell us a little about yourself: I've recently started attending some peace activist causes, and am excited to see how that changes my life. I'm also planning on attending to take a Compassionate Communication class coming up in the next couple of weeks. I am the middle daughter, I have an older sister who is a dear, and a little sister who is 11 years younger then me who is really precious to our family! [:)]

I guess thats about it.......I do have a hard time talking about myself.....but, if you'd like to know more stuff pleaz ask! [:D]

How long have you been posting/lurking?: I posted on Christianity.com before it merged with Crosswalk and every other forum as well. That was back in January or February of 2005 I believe.

What do you enjoy doing?: I like to learn. I like to have fun with people. I like to go outside when it's not freezing cold. I like to listen to music.

Tell us a little about yourself: My life consists mostly of work and school at this time. I usually adapt to the events of life.

How long have you been posting/lurking?: Originally around 2000, then back in 2002-2004 on Christianity.com, then back after the merger and haven't stopped since.

What do you enjoy doing?: Too much to list! Actually, I'm a professional photographer on weekends and LOVE shooting professional sporting events (eat your heart out Britt [;)]).

Tell us a little about yourself: I work at the local college in Business Services, however my goal is to get onto the faculty in the coming years once I have my Masters and PhD. There is a good possibility that once I do have these, I may be the only person in the world with my combination of education.

Oh, something else, I am presently at home with my elderly parents and terminal brother. I'm 46, never married, no kids. (Britt - yes, one day you will love that you don't look your age!)

Don't worry I've often told I look at least 7 years younger than my actual age. I even remember a few years ago going for the haircut and the hair dresser made a comment that I can't be over 20.. I think I was probably over 25 at the time. But luckily for me I'm sort of getting bald so I guess I look older now. I'm pretty sure if I walked into a high school I would probably not look out of place.

What do you enjoy doing?: reading, lurking/posting on FCN, listening to internet radio (golden age music and comedy radio), playing with my dog, listening to audio ministry, going to auctions.

Tell us a little about yourself: I'm 53, work for the government (don't hold that against me), have a gospel music ministry with a partner ("Carry the Light") (in which we sing for seniors in retirement homes a few Saturdays a month), I run the computer at my church. Oh, and I'm an HGTV and GSN junkie. My favorite old game shows are Blockbusters and Password Plus.

What do you enjoy doing?: Cooking, reading, taking care of my pets, going for walks, journaling, traveling, watching Jeopardy! - it depends on my mood really. I'm a bit of a loner so I mostly enjoy quiet activities that give me a chance to unwind and reflect.

Tell us a little about yourself: Not a lot to tell really. I'm 26. Single (duh), never been married, no kids. I work for a group home where I care for mentally retarded adults, and I am taking graduate classes in counseling. Tell us a little about yourself: I'm 36 and I'm a Sign Language Interpreter. I grew up in a very small town, but live elsewhere now...YEA!!! I'm very close to my family. I have a dog who is 13 yrs old and she makes coming home exciting, because she is excited to see me! My niece and nephew are my "kids", though we live far apart. I work quite a bit so my free time is limited. I enjoy going to church and I love singing, but not for an audience. [;)]

How long have you been posting/lurking?: just a little over a year

What do you enjoy doing?: anything and everything. I enjoy living and life in general[:D]. But in all honesty, I enjoy being with people that I care about ie my friends and family. I got to a good church, and am involved in that each week. I also work at a company doing data entry 40 hours a week. I love accessories in general and I love clothes shopping!

Tell us a little about yourself: I've grown up in a Christian home all my life. I've been a Christian since the age of 13. I've attended a Christian school up until high school, and then I was homeschooled through high school. I've got one brother, and he's married with a 13 1/2 month old named Addie.... I love being with people and helping people. I like doing for others things for others that they wouldn't be able to do for themselves..... I guess that's about all I can think of in a nutshell[:D]

How long posting/lurking: Lurking for a few months and posting for about a month

What do you enjoy doing: Love being outdoors especially in the mountains, exercising, playing the piano, going to auctions ( I am a collector), I'd also love to travel although I haven't been too many places yet. And I love old movies from the 30's through 50's.

A little about me: I am the mother of a sailor (hence the name), I've taken pilot lessons with about 40 hours logged. I've led praise and worship in my church although at the present time I am visiting different churches. I am an accountant. [8|] And I'm part of a deliverance ministry.
