LOL!
Would you make a little girl cry?

They are absolutely breath taking! The pics don't so them justice at all.

No, I wouldn't make a little girl cry. Who gets the pink one?

I may just have to have Lisa make me some of my own.

Sarah has the pink one. Rebekah has the purple one and DG is getting the blue one. They are already on their beds. The girl's were thrilled with them! I hope that it helps DG feel a part of the family to have stuff just like her sisters.

Oh, I'm so glad you got them and like them! You should take some pics of the beds with the girls. I'd love to see how they look with the colors of their rooms and everything. I'm so excited for you! Yay!

I will!

I was just trying to call you about the email, but the phone was busy. Russ really likes the pattern. I have a hard time imagining it, but that is ok. Are you sure that you can do that pattern easily and fairly quickly? I have some thoughts on material patterns and colors too... but your phone was busy.

Yeah, my phone's been busy for like an hour. Strange, isn't it?

I've been so busy I haven't even had time to make it to my break room! Lol!

I'm only taking a break because I can't find enough of the perfect material to finish up the quilted table topper I'm making. It always drives me nuts when I have to stop in the middle of a project. I just want to finish it up now! I've always been a "right now" type of person. Used to drive my mom nuts. Now I only drive my husband nuts.

I'd call my husband at work and ask me to bring some material home...but I can't. He's not at work today. He went to District Council and I imagine he'll be gone all day. So, I'll have to wait until Thursday probably. I'm planning on going to a craft gallery Thursday to see about renting a booth, and I guess I'll have to show all my half-done projects to the lady there. The only one I'm going to have finished is the one my sister is working on.

Emily did a fabulous job on the quilting for the little lap quilt I made. Her stitches are so tiny and perfect. Mine aren't nearly that small. I'm very pleased with the way it turned out.

LisaP, I couldn't find any friend requests from you. Could you send me a link to your MySpace page?

Awww thanks!
You did a great job designing it and putting it all together. I get so frustrated with piecing because I always want my seams to line up perfectly and they never do.
I think it turned out very nicely! You should post a picture

Aw, thanks! I enjoy piecing. Lining up seams is no trouble at all (at least not usually!) I could do tops all day. It's finishing everything up that frustrates me. :) I'll get a picture up probably tomorrow or the next day. I've got a lot to do in the next couple of days, planning a wedding for a dozen people. The KONOS group is learning about weddings, so we're doing a mass wedding. We're not pairing off anyone, because (1) we don't have enough boys to go around and (2) we don't want to encourage pairing off anyway at such young ages. So all the boys will be marrying all the girls. It's much better that way.

Thanks! I added you as my friend. I'm not seeing anything on your profile, though. Does it take awhile to display new changes or something? I mean it's completely blank. It has your name, age and location. No pictures, no background, no video, nothing.

Her page is set to private, so until she adds you as a friend you can't see much of anything.

I like it too. . .very cute!
Oh, and you did a great job putting together my quilt blocks. . .I'm so glad they're finally being put to good use. I probably would have done something with them sooner but didn't have a sewing machine and was too lazy to piece them together by hand

Thank you! I'm just hoping I didn't price it too high. Do you think $37.50 is too much for a bag like that? I was hoping the shop owner would be there to help me evaluate my prices and make sure they were fair, but she wasn't. I don't know what to charge for my stuff!

We had a great camping trip! It was so nice to be able to get away for a couple of days and just do whatever we want whenever we wanted.

Hmm. . .it might be a bit on the pricey side. I probably woulda priced it at $29.99 or something. But hey, it is awfully cute so surely someone will be willing to pay for it.

You're probably right. I know some people pay lots of money for bags and purses, but I think they only pay that much if it has a designer name like Chanel or something.
