I was pretty happy when one finally opened ten minutes from my house. On the side of town I work there is one right near each freeway exit, ha.

What would ya like?

Thanks!

Wouldn't that be a grande mocha then? (one third espresso and two thirds steamed milk, with a shot of chocolate added)

grande caramel frapp for me! yum!

quote:

You can live in the Midwest where...
2. Your idea of a traffic jam is ten cars waiting to pass a tractor.
3. You have had to switch from "heat" to "A/C" on the same day.
4. You end sentences with a preposition: "Where's my coat at?"
5. When asked how your trip was to any exotic place, you say, "It was different!"

Hey, I resemble those remarks! One day we were laying here and watching the road and Linz said 'boy there sure is a lot of traffic today' 4 cars had gone by in about an hour!

and I always ask stuff like number 4. What's wrong with that?

my son has also informed me I say "both" wrong. I add an L so it sounds like bolth.

I just found this thread and figured I'd let you all know about my wonderful visit with Lisa!

I get to her house and peer in the door and see couch cushions EVERWHERE and sweet little faces that look like Lupers to me. Eventually, they retrieve their mom from the sewing room, where she is busy working on a quilt she's working on. Her son showed me a video he had produced for his home school group.

Little Rachel was so sweet. She was always wanting to show me things and held my hand the whole time. She was sad when I was getting ready to leave and asked that I hug her AND her mom too.

<Lisa quickly makes some coffee for her disguntled guests>

Diane, I really enjoyed your visit. Thanks for detouring out this way! How was the singles GT?

I have tried and tried to convince my children that couch cushions should stay on the couch, but they someone haven't gotten the message yet. I had the whole house cleaned up before Diane arrived, but then I made the mistake of going into my room and quilting for about three hours. They had ALL the couch cushions off, and were watching Laural and Hardy when Diane arrived. I couldn't even put them away really quickly, because Timothy had fallen asleep on one of the cushions.

I thought it was funny, too. Some of the bulletins that come through MySpace are really funny. I should send you one that I saw in there today. It was hilarious! Actually, I could just post it here--I hope it's okay to post this. It's hilarious, but I'm not entirely sure if it's appropriate. If it's not, I'll delete it.

Yeah, that will be really nice! We can banish Jay to the backseat all by himself if he needs it!

Since you are laughing at the joke, does that mean it was okay that I posted it?

Well, don't go by me, but I thought so. I even sent the link to Kate so she could read it.

~~~~~~~
We have a mega van too, and I don't know how many times we had to separate the kids. It really was nice.
She emailed me back and wrote, " Keep yore mind clean, gal!". So I guess that's one thumbs down on the joke!
Well, um, I was going to say that I was going to tell Mom on you, but you took all the fun out of it by tattling on yourself.
If you have any jokes worse than that one, I don't want to hear it. Don't go telling it at church. It was a funny way to hear those words though.
ETA: That has got to be the grossest joke that i have ever heard on CW. Somehow it doesn't surprise me that it came from you. You have never been one to hold back just because you might get in trouble.
Well, I heard it from a girl at church, so I guess we're all in trouble then! LOL! I got it from my brother's fiance's sister. I didn't tell mom that--don't want to ruin my brother's impending marriage by casting doubts on her family!
I thought it was HILLARIOUS!
Inappropriate? Did someone see anything inappropriate? Not me! I know NOTHING!
I thought the thing with the couch cushions was great . . . Especially when one of your little ones showed off her ability to ride a "Horsey." The creativity of little minds that will make a toy out of ANYTHING. It reminded me of buying a toy for a kid, only to see them play more with the box!
Oh, and the GT was great! Shar-Mar was the CLEAR celebrity . . . and I got to know everyone so much better than I did on line!
(She says we are to pronounce her name Shamar but shrugs and says "y'all gave it to me!")
Lisa, I'm sorry to hear about grandma. {{{Lisa and family}}}
I read the joke to Larry and he laughed and laughed.
