Hey, Leah, glad you found me. I tried to find you earlier, but couldn't figure out what I was doing. Our hard drive went out. So much for staying off credit. Don can't wait for anything. Now he's wanting a cell phone, not that we need one yet. If I can't reason with him, that'll be at least $40 less spendable income monthly. He's so impulsive at times.

Christar and Trish, I guess we cross-posted. Good to see you both.

Trish, you so sweet and such an encourager, even when you're struggling yourself. Thanks for the card, too. God bless you beyond belief, my friend.

Mornin'. I've been up awhile...loading dishes, having a little coffee and breakfast. Thought I'd better check in here while Don's taking his mid-morning nap. I was on quite a bit yesterday, learning my way around.

The weather has been absolutely wonderful, but we're due for storms later today. A cool front is coming...no more 70s for a few days. 60s tomorrow and Friday; mid-50s Saturday. Oh, well, I knew it wouldn't last.

Nothing big happening here. I only usually do a load of laundry as needed, so I'm rarely ever totally without. Don and I have enough for a load of lights; then there's always towels laying around. If I want housework, it's always here, in one form or another.

lol! That is so true. Not so much now that it's just the three of us and we all pick up after ourselves pretty well. But the laundry is always there, and the towels in particular. The chore I hate is vacuuming. This house is way to big when it comes to that!

Hi, Karlie.
Well, laundry's washing. Don went for more nap; then he picks Tim up to go see his counselor, so I'm back for a bit. I miss the old message center. But, overall, the new CW isn't so bad. Maybe I don't have it set right, but when I click on a sub, it always goes to the beginning of the thread

How do you use the colors, etc.? Maybe they just don't work for Macs.

Marsha, when you're typing a post, don't you get the formatting buttons at the top?

Seems like I've heard other mac users say the colors don't work well for them. You might ask Sharon how to get around that.

Marsha, when you see the list of topics in forums...click in the little yellow square above the title of the thread...it has a little arrow pointing to it. That will take you to the newest post since you last were there and then you don't have to start at the beginning again.

the colors and stuff with mac:
from what I hear it puts the code at the end of what you highlighted. so take the start code and cut/paste it to the beginning of what you want to change.

Marsha, I'm very glad you've made a thread over here.

I would have really missed you if you hadn't come over.

I've been feeling out of sorts in here and it's taking me a while to feel comfortable with stuff.

So BIG HUGS to you for being here!!

Hi Marsha!

Now on the right above my post where it says Reply _Quote_Fwd...press Quote and a post box comes up. Then you can look at the code. For each thing I selected (font, color, size, b the code comes with the two parts. What I do is highlight the first part of the code and press command and the letter x this will CUT that first part then put the cursor at before the text and press command and letter V and this will PASTE the first part of code before text. You have to do that with each code that you choose. Colors are fine. You just have to do the cut and paste just like any of the other codes.

Hi, everyone. Brandy so glad you found me. That's why I started a thread, as intimidating as it was. I wanted to keep in touch with my CW family. I'm slowly learning my way around.

Mags, Christine, Trish, I haven't visited your threads yet. Hope things are going well for you.

It's really a blessing to see all who come here, whether I mention names or not. God bless each of you.
I went to bed before ten and woke up 40 minutes ago. Decided to stay up for a bit. Don's lower leg and foot have been terribly swollen and sore today, so he also went to bed early.

(((((((((((((((((((Marsha))))))))))))))))) I found you!!!!!!!!! I'm so glad. I've missed you and I completely agree with you about how intimidating this is. I've also been really busy at work so it hasn't been easy to keep up with things here. I got a computer at home, but it's extremely slow, but it's enough to let me catch up at night.

I am up entirely too late so I'll be going now.
