James...I'm praying for your family.
I just found out tonight my almost 16 year old niece is going to have shoulder surgery to repair torn cartilege from a soccer game injury. My sister said they are trying to wait until school is out...another month.

I just got a call. My parents are heading up to see my grandmother. As of now, I am financially unable to go. My mother decided to use that to lay a guilt trip on me since "This may be the last time you ever get to see her alive." I hate to say it, but right about now, I'm just fed up with the guilt trips. Please pray for me, so that the next time she tries this mess (and it probably will happen again), I can keep my tongue. I did this time, but it's getting harder.
Also please pray for them. Having the peace of God in your heart won't cause you to act this way, so I believe they need it.
I have to go now. What's going through my head is probably best unsaid and untyped. See y'all later.

My best friend and I have started a Prayer Meeting at school, twice a week. So far we have had 6-7 people show up, and we have had 3 meetings. We feel that this is what God is calling us to do, and we ask that you pray for us as we do what He wants us to do.

Official word is in. She's broken her hip in two places. There are pins in her hip now. As of now she's doing well. As far as the other issue is concerned, that wasn't discussed.

Prayer request. We looked at a home today. We are placing a bid on it. What ever His will is, we will follow. First home I have looked at in 4 months of searching that I felt at peace about.

please keep the men of Able Company 1-12 Inf and a platoon of Dog Co 1-12 Inf in prayers. they left this morning for Yuma,Az training grounds for a month of war games. I am going to miss my guys. But I will be going home before they return.

sorry guys they did not get home till 3am we finally got him to sleep and I was up at 6 to get the church ready this morning. Left meredith and kids home so they could sleep. came home did the realtor meeting placed the bid on the home. Gave them till tuesday at 5pm to answer the bid.
Jeremiah is fine we were afraid he was having a reaction to a new med he started yesterday. On top of Pink eye ( what the new med was for) he now has an upper respiratory infection.

I talked with my parents yesterday. My grandmother is doing much better. She's got two pins in her hip (so going through a metal detector would be an adventure). She's going to be taking pyhsical therapy so she can relearn to walk with this.
My mother's half sister is another story. She had a seizure Friday. I won't go into the details, but this took everyone by surprise I think.

ok. we heard from the seller today. They accept part of our offer, but want 3,000 down instead of 1,000. Please pray the funds will come through. I really want this home. 2000 is a gulp to come up with at the moment.

I received this in an email from Ivan Parker's office. I emailed them back to ask if I could post it here and Bridget told me to please do so...
Please remember Sue Sexton in your prayers. She is a dear friend of all of us here at Parker Music Group. Sue has been diagnosed with ovarian cancer and is currently in the hosptial.
Sue has been the promoter of the concert held in Sellersburg, IN for many years. This concert was scheduled for Friday June 13, 2008, however it has been cancelled.
Please pray for this wonderful woman of God and her family!

I know I don't get on this thread often enough, but I've got a request.
I received an e-mail from Ed Enoch today asking if I was interested in auditioning for the tenor job for the Stamps. Please pray that God's will is done, and not just Daryl's will. I have a tendency to assume what I want must be God's will. Please pray.
