reach -> RE: Interviewing (7/30/2007 2:01:28 AM)

I am currently working and looking for work. This week, so far, I have a 3rd interview on Monday, a first interview on Tuesday and Wed. On top of this, I spend every evening sending out new resumes, so I am up until 11pm or so sending out resumes. I am turning down a job (for the first time in my life) because they have terrible benfits. No sick time. And the first year no vacation time. Then 1 week the 2nd year. Then 2 week year 3 & 4 and then 3 weeks in year 5. I am just getting to an age where I can afford to go on vacation, but I would not be able to go because I would not be able to afford for me to have a week off with no pay. :( Bummer because it was a job would have liked to do. What are some things you do to prepare for the interview? I am going to buy a book on behavioral interview questions, so I can prepare some answers to those questions that they throw to you, like "what is your 5 year goal, etc".
