Yesterday DH made tandoori with rice, today should have been wraps for me but I didn't take lunch meat out of the freezer in time.

I was on the run and just had a little bag of chocolate chip cookies. I sure didn't feel very well afterwards.

Speaking for myself, not Stacy, but we stock up when it's on sale and freeze what we won't use right away. I've forgotten to take it out too.

My mother does that, too. She does it more because it's just my dad eating it and he has no business eating all of it before it would ruin. It also gives him a variety instead of having to work on one type of meat consistently.

I am going to have a chicken sausage w/ a spinach salad for lunch.

Wing ZIngs: the spicy version of WIng Dings: frozen breaded chicken wings: kind of like what you get at Ponderosa. The WInd Zings are spicy. Kind of like Outback Steakhouse's wings...not exactly just like there's are like Buffalo wings without the sauce but still the hot these are too.

I put some low fat cottage cheese onto some bread, then put some sliced tomato on it and topped it with ground paprika. Put it under the grill to warm through some. Yummy!

I had a pita sandwich stuffed with cooked green onions and mushroom halves, drizzled with a little olive oil and feta cheese, yummy! I also had Brazil nuts and a no-added-sugar chocolate dessert I made with yogurt cheese.

I like inventing veggie sandwiches.

Above_All, I'd love the recipe for carmelized onion enchiladas.
