Grilled cheese and tomato on whole wheat, sliced roma tomatoes with a little salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar. An organic wildberry real fruit strip for dessert.

A frozen personal pizza, some saltines (my blood sugar had dropped too low so I had the shakes and needed to eat something quick) with a Diet Pepsi Max.

Scrambled eggs with chopped red and yellow bell pepper for Isabel and I, hardboiled eggs for Isaac, a slice of whole wheat toast, a small hunk of cheddar cheese, a sliced roma tomato and cucumber.
