A turkey sandwich on whole grain rye bread with havarti and lettuce (and mayo and mustard) with a handful of carrots on the side. And for dessert (no. I can't eat with having dessert!) I'm having a hot chocolate!

ETA: Pulled pork is sooooo delicious .... *drool*

I had a weird lunch...I wasn't in much of a mood for food....I had a few chips (Pringles Spicy Guacamole), a piece of beef jerky (for protein), some leftover pineapple, and some cran-grape juice.

My salad was good, and it's a good thing because it made 5 servings. I'll be having lots of it this week. It also had a fennel bulb, basil, onion, and a mustard vinegarette.

Way to go Harvie!

I had to go to the food court today so I got Thai. It was kinda too spicy for me so I didn't enjoy it as much as I could have.

Today I have a bacon, cucumber and tomato sammich, and an apple with either peanut butter or cheese (haven't decided yet).

Oh, and I also have some veggie crisps (garlic herb flavor)

I have not been a fan of food here lately so I just nibbled until lunch was over I had: V8, a pickle, sting cheese, cantaloupe, and some chips, and now am eating Dove Dark Chocolate.

Hubby had: water, chicken breast sandwiches, and chips.

I had a grilled tuna sandwich with lettus, tomato, onion, & provolone.

So so yummy.

But now I have heartburn. Someone once told me canned tuna can cause heartburn. That is so sad. I love my cheap comfort food!

Garbanzo beans cooked in chicken stock, with celery, bell pepper, onion, garlic and chorizo. I added roasted tomatos when the beans were done.

I love to make and eat soup when it's hot outside, and it's 110 degrees today.

ETA: If any of you NORMAL people want the recipe for this soup for the FALL, just PM me.

Saturday I went to local mom and pop Japanese restaurant. Had their garlic ahi (tuna) fried rice with parmigiana cheese sprinkled on top and some panko crusted deep fried tofu with their special teriyaki sauce. YUMMO!
