***-poof-***

You open your sock drawer and all you socks are the same kinda black sock. Your two shirts are white button downs. You have a couple of pairs of white cotton underwear. Just enough dishes to make it through the day and nothing decorative or recreational. Wow! When the organizer experts talk about purging, they mean it! The house is practically empty but it is organized. Now lets talk about the massive yard sale you seem to be having on the front lawn.

I wish it was easier to travel to visit family.

Poof! You have a personal jet to zoom you all over but now your family wants to be with you wherever you go!!! They have a few annoying habits that drive you crazy! Now you're trying to figure out how to get away from them.

Our neighbours kids keep throwing garbage in our yard. What should we do? Their mother is loud and scary.

*****poof****** It's happening - you're now at my neighbour's house listening to yelling and swearing! The big dog comes and drools on your lap.

I wish that my life could be problem free and I could just coast like the hippies did in the sixties.

ROTFL (catching breath) Oh! Is that what the Hippies were doing in the 60's? Don't need to grant a wish for that one. Just move into a friend's basement with a bunch of other out of work friends, don't take a bath for a week and name a stray cat Moon Child. Just avoid the weed. I don't recommend that part. So you only get a semi poof ***- PO

I wish my body were as healthy as it was in the 60's. (without the zits)

well, in 1968 I was ten. I do remember the hippies, though, they lasted a bit into the 70's. Beatnikson the other hand are a very vague memory (too little except for what I saw on Dobbie Gillus). But I digress.....easy to do if one is on a lovely beach with palm trees.

**-Poof-**
except you are a crab and kids are chasing you around trying to catch you. Watch out! A Seagull!!!!

I wish my address and date books would auto update on their own each January

*poof* Your wish has been granted ...... your entire house is one giant dining room. Too bad you no longer have a kitchen or bathroom or bedroom or living room. Sorry.

I wish I had a bigger car!

POOF!! Your van is cleaned out. Someone just came by and did it for you. There is no more garbage in your van. However, there is also no cd player, radio, steering wheel, dashboard, seats, owner's manual... your van is completely cleaned out.

I wish I knew how to be a good conversationalist.

**Poof** Granted!
Your son listens to every word you say. I mean EVERY WORD! No more private conversations with anyone! He's there listening while you're talking on the phone and even listening to your 'singing in the shower'. You've never felt more violated in your life!

I wish I could get out of going to the doctor on Thursday!

((((((poof))))))) The Doctor's receptionist/nurse phoned you and said he's on vacation and won't be back for a while but you develop a strange rash.

I wish I could be somewhere a lot warmer!

Granted! You are someplace a LOT warmer. All around you is sand. It is HOT, and you need to get moving fast! Now you only need to know in which desert you've been planted!
Oh yes. You may want some water too!

I wish I could get out of this desert.

You're out of the desert! But now you're stuck in the nostril of George Washington on Mount Rushmore!

I feel like I'm gonna sneeze, what can I do to stop my nose from tickling?

Poof.
Your nose is not tickling but you have the most obnoxious runny nose you've every had. Time to buy stock in tissues.

I wish I could have seen all the fireworks on New Years night.

Poof you're seeing all the fireworks all over the world in one fell swoop!! The noise is so hard your ears you're afraid you'll be deafened. It's quite beautiful though.

I wish my husband could be out of hospital and life could be normal again.

*POOF* Life is normal again, and you start to take for granted things like your health....

(I don't know how to ruin that wish. I'm sorry your hubby is in the hospital Carleejoan, I'm praying.)

I wish our garage was a few feet wider.

(((poof))))) Your garage is now so wide you have several elephants in there now screaming for food and making a mess. I think many other animals are making their home there too. You may need to purchase a varmint rifle.

I wish we could be on vacation in a beautiful, tropical area like the Gold Coast in Australia, anywhere on the Gold Coast would do!

Poof - You have a maid only she's about 500 lbs and knocks your room around every turn. She cleans everything in one turn of her body!!! Now you've got no food in the fridge as she's eaten it all!

I wish I had larger, newer house.
