Of Course I had to vote for Sherry Easter. She has been my favorite for about 15 years now. They weren't very popular then, but I have always been a fan. I base a lot of my music on their older stuff. They were a big inspiration to me years ago and they are still going strong today.

I can't say I have an absolute favorite, but one of the ones I like a lot is Allison Durham Speer. There are a lot of good ones that I enjoy!

Kim Hopper not only has the best range and pitch but as they say "Can Sell the Song" better than any one. She also is a great person too.

I voted for Libbi... but someone that I am really starting to take more notice of lately is Susan Whisnant. I think she's one of the finest singers to come along lately.

from this list was close between Kim Hopper, Lauren Talley and the one I voted for, Taranda Greene. My all time fave is eitther Dottie rambo, Vestal Goodman, or Amy Lambert. Although Kelly Nelon was my fave forever

I voted for Karen Peck. Even thought my favorite female singer of all times was not on the list..... which is Janet Hayes Haas. She can sing any song and make it sound the best ever...... she the best soprano singer also and can hit a high note better than anyone I know in southern gospel music. Janet Hayes Haas is the best female singer of all times..... in my opinion.

My favorite (not on the list) is Chris Freeman. It's very hard to choose who would be next. I like Connie and Karen & Peg & ... it's really a difficult decision!

I know that space is limited on a poll. It's a shame that there isn't room for Susan Whisnant, Janet Paschal, Lynda Randle, Allison Speer, and many others. Maybe we could have two or three polls and have a playoff. Where is Tina when we need her?

I voted for Karen. In reality, I could hardly make a choice between my 3 favorites, namely Karen Peck, Debra Talley, and Charlotte Ritchie.
