quote:

Whenever I am afraid, I will trust in YOU. (Psalm 56:3).

This verse gives me so much power whenever I have to do something new or embark on new projects. And let's be honest, Fear and stress are part of our life.

Oh yes I know exactly what you mean. Scripture tells us we are NOT to fear or worry. In our human nature we do extremely well at both.

"Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. Share with God's people who are in need. Practice hospitality. Bless those who persecute you; Bless and do not curse. Rejoice with those who rejoice; Mourn with those who mourn. Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with those of low position. Do not be conceited." Romans 12: 12-16

Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may know the things freely given to us by God, which things we also speak, not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, combining spiritual thoughts with spiritual words. 1 Cor 2:12-13

God has given us His spirit, so that we may think and speak in a manner pleasing to Him.
