You are correct Santa. Sometimes things have to be explained to me. I was under the mistaken impression she was talking about her sis. No Dinana I have not seen Greater Vision live. I have however seen Gerald Wolfe live but he was with that other lesser known group.

Off topic but believe or not I had never seen the video of Gerald singing bass with Danny T., Mark T., and Scott Fowler until last night.

I saw on a sign at our church this morning (FBC, Sevierville) that Greater Vision will be there Jan. 27th. Same date as I thought Triumphant was originally scheduled to be there. But now Triumphant will be in Seymour at Jeff Stice's church and Greater Vision will be at our church. That is gonna split the crowd for sure. Deciding which one to attend to will be really hard for some fans.

I stand corrected. Greater Vision will be at our church on Jan. 20. Please make note of this. I guess my Geezer eyes need a check-up.
So Greater Vision at FBC on Jan 20 and Triumphant at Jeff Stice's church in Seymour on the 27th. Sorry about the mix-up.

It's the same church, Bobby. I guess the mailing address is Knoxville.

It is the same place. We call that area Seymour, but it must be a Knoxville mailing address.

Has anyone heard how Triumphant's travels are going. I sure hope they are having good turnouts for their concerts.

I'll bet Dinana can answer that question. She and V have probably been to see them several times. I think they have a lot of FL dates Jan & Feb they usually have great crowds in the winter months at singings there. The oldies that harbinate in FL for the winter are always looking for something to do.

Vera and I saw them in South Carolina on their first date in 2008 and Vera went last week to one of the concerts in Florida and both concerts had very good attendance. TQ has always travelled extensively in Jan thru Mar because the theaters were closed. And where better to be than Florida?!?!?!

Just a reminder that my calendar shows Wednesday to be Clayton Inman's birthday. So be sure to go to the Birthday thread and wish Clayton a happy birthday on Wednesday.

According to their schedule Triumphant Quartet has landed a gig with Bailey Smith Evanglism Converence in Corinth, MS; Indian Trail, NC and Knoxville, TN in 2009. I don't think a date or location has been settled on the one he usually does in Woodstock, GA.

Jeff Stice is doing a Monday evening and a Tuesday afternoon program at The Showplace Theater in Pigeon Forge. If you like piano playing and Jeff Stices routine and are visiting PF you might want to check it out. Just made reservations for June 2. They have an excellent senior discount.

Bobby, I know I am right here but which one is the Showplace Theater? I think I know but not sure.

I understand it's up the hill behind Country tonight. Going toward PF looks like about three streets on left before Wears Valley Rd. When I looked it up it is called Showplace Dinner Theater. (NO DINNER SHOWS) at this time. Think its the old theater that Blackwoods used to do breakfast and my memory is gone but I believe Eddie someone was there at one time.

You're right there, you know that those theaters changes names every other day.
