I'll be online until about noon - and then tomorrow night. I want to see the airport myself - as last year it was after midnight when I arrived, so everything was shut down. I will find a central meeting place. We will have 2 cars (me and Lauren). You and Mike arrive within 45 minutes of one another.

Just wanted to let all of you that will be attending the GT know that I will be praying for safe travels. And I pray that the weekend will be full of great fellowship and that the time out on the lake will be safe as well. I look forward to hearing all about the great weekend you all are going to have.

I'm working on it already!  I'm trying to watch soccer, be on the phone (mine is broken), and do pics at the same time.
Can we say multi-tasking at its finest? LOLOL
Yes, gang, my phone has sort of bit the dust. I'm on hold to get a new one ordered, but, for the weekend, I have to use mine with the ear piece. So, if you call and can't hear me, that's why. Leave a message and I'll call you right back. I had to sync everything to my computer - so that I can restore it later - (and now with a new one).
Anyway......I'm in Indy - waiting on Lauren. We'll have pics tomorrow. I'm uploading a few shortly - in the mascot thread.

Those flying in: Please meet in the food court - in concourse BCD. I will meet you there around 11:00. Mike and Pam - you are the first to arrive - so go ahead and get your luggage and I'll come meet you. My car doesn't have a lot of room. Lauren will also have a car that she's picking up tonight. We'll get everyone into the two cars.

THANK YOU, LORD, FOR YOUR MANY BLESSINGS AND WONDERFUL FRIENDS WHO ARE THERE FOR EACH OTHER!!!

Okie dokie, thats what I suggested in the newsgroup as well.
BTW, I bought a couple of disposable cameras that were on sale at CVS. I broke my digital camera last year at Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco. I accidental dropped it and the on/off switch broke. I broke open the area of the camera where that was located and got it working again. The only thing now is that it is open and could raise suspicions with TSA, so I am not sure if I will bring it with me or not. I might just put it in my checked luggage instead as well.
As for the film pictures, when I get them developed, I will just send either a link or email to Lisa instead. That way people can still look at them before approving them for public view.
Also, the airlines are going crazy! I just received an email airfare alert for Indianapolis. The new fare is $535 or something, down from $590. I paid half that for my R/T just about a month and a half ago! The airlines are coming up with other ridiculous concessions as well! Its a good thing that I bought when I did! And ironically, had I waited just one day longer, I could have saved even an additional $100 dollars as well, go figure.

Waiting for folks to show up. I'm getting clean sheets on all the beds, getting air mattresses filled out and printing the Karaoke list addendum (another 100 songs or so).
Have to make a trip to the boat and then I'm ready!!

No phone?? It's a good thing you're techno savvy. I would just be out of luck. Again, I'm having to learn how to actually turn my phone off and on before I leave on vacation.
*** Hmmm *** maybe vacation is just about me learning how to play with my toys. *** I have an mp3 player for some reason, too. :)
