I've never seen Baby Bop before. CW is proving to be very educational. I just found out in Ray's thread what sloppy joes are.

A cranberry bog??? How fun.
I watched how cranberries were harvested on Dirty Jobs. That was a most interesting and educational episode.

I LOVE cranberries and juice and such.

Yes it is!

Sloppy joes . . . I'd eat the meat mixture with pasta; but not between 2 buns as a sandwich . . . to sloppy.

Thank you! I have several more, but that's my favorite.

I like sloppy joes. I prefer them with a fork.
I made veggie sloppy joes once wiht a bunch of beans and tomatoes. They were yummy too.

Yup, a cranberry bog. Every year there is a huge festival there. The village is really a small Population except during Cranfest. Then it swells to over 100,000 visitors. Um, I have never gone there during the festival.

I have also had a combo of mushroom, hamburger and more of a beef broth that was called a "mushroom joe". It was pretty good actually. And vending machine fare at that!

I'm still around, Shar Mar. Should I just ramble in this post, even though I have nothing to contribute to the present conversation? I like it when lurkers make themselves known on my thread, just so I know they actually read it! Do you feel that way? Well, in case you do, I'm coming down from my lurking loft to say hello. Are you making headway at sorting the toys? Is that why you don't post as much lately? Sorry I can't ramble more right now, but it's almost lunch time. Hope I've entertained you, though!

LOL Christie. Thanks. There was a discussion in another thread about Sharon-Marie having Baby Bop as her avatar and it reminded Rayofson of the hippo dance in Fantasia and then I remembered the ballerina avatar.

I don't think I've seen that episode but I do enjoy that show. You learn a lot and are entertained at the same time!

I read that as Sharon-Marie is having a baby.

Cool! I don't remember much about Fantasia. Might need to see that again.

Someone from 'sconsin would do that ?

Yuppers!

Hi Mike

Heya Awed....you aren't that far from me., matter o fact we are almost neighbors..I am in Northern IL.

Cool! Near the border at all? I have family in Racine. I live north of Milwaukee, in Fond du Lac.

Right at the border. I am about 20-30 minutes from Beloit.

My Aunt and Uncle lived in Beloit for a few years. They now live in Warren on a cranberry bog. Two of their grandsons still live there. (Beloit)

Thanks for letting me know.

Beloit- oh boy... I'm so excited (insert yawning smace here)

I thought you were a cheerleader.

I once gave a speech entitled "I never met a cheerleader I didn't like."

I do have a Flat Awed Cheerleader too.

So, Kerr, do you still have that speech around so you could share it with us? Sounds "intriguing".
