Father, bless your servants in India, our brothers and sisters. Pour your gifts upon them: Faith, Goodness, Self-Control, Patience, and the greatest of these Love. Every gift in abundance. In the name of Jesus. And multiply it among the people of India. Let it be like seed planted in hearts that were once broken and dead. Let it take root and bloom and bring forth fruit that will be a blessing to many. Cause life to spring forth where there was no life. You are the bread of heaven. You give drink to all who are thirsty. You, Jesus, call to them to come to you... and you will give them rest. Let your people be your voice in India. Let them speak your word with compassion and great love. In the name of Jesus.
and we will watch for the harvest, and we will labor for your glory, because we know that your word will not return void. It is your promise, and we believe. Amen.
Father, I pray that you would provide modes of transportation for your people as they minister in India. Planes and cars and buses and vans and bicycles and motorcycles and animals and jeeps and big-loader trucks and construction/work trucks and SHOES. Whatever the need is, provide all that is needed to have transportation without hindrance. In the name of Jesus. Let the food and water be moved, let the wells be dug, let homes be built and their labor for wage empowered. Put the tools in their hands, equip them according to your wisdom and your mercy. Put it in their heart to share with those in need. Put it in their heart to work for community as well as family. Bind them together in their work. Bind them together in your love. Thank you Lord.
Thank you Jesus that you are with us. Thank you that you will never forsake us. Thank you that you oversee every detail of our lives, giving us freedom to choose our path, yet working all things for our good to give us every opportunity to remain within the plan of God... a plan designed to keep us healthy in body mind and spirit... a plan designed for the good of all and for our personal well being. You are a great God, and we praise you with great love and adoration. Amen.

Father we pray for the Christians in India and for all who will hear and believe that Jesus Christ is God and that he has demonstrated great love for them. Shine your light in India today Lord. Let the sun pale compared to your goodness and your beauty. Let the darkness flee and be silent before you. Let your presence fill that region so that every man woman and child will know that God has not forgotten them and that he has come to be with them as Father, Friend, Savior, and Shepherd. In the name of Jesus.
Lord, provide for every physical need. Provide food and clean water and clothing and supplies. We ask that you provide hugs, and words of encouragement, and smiles, and friends to laugh and live with each day. We ask that you would let the Gospel be preached and heard in India. That every hindrance to it would be silenced or removed, that it would be received with great joy and understanding. We pray for salvation for all people in India, their countrymen and the stranger passing through, whole families as well as individuals, whole villages as well as immediate neighbors. In the name of Jesus.
We ask for protection for your people Lord. We ask that you would protect them from every plan of the enemy to bring them harm or to discourage them or to tempt them. We pray that you would pour courage and strength and perseverance into their hearts and their bodies. Make them able to do all things thru Christ. Remind them daily that nothing is too hard for our God, and that we are his children and he can make us able to do the miraculous. Help them to see every need clearly, and give them the wisdom and the knowledge to help in ministry. Cause them to be wise as serpents, but gentle as doves.
Thank you Father. I pray for the older teens and young adults of India. Help them to find spouses suitable for them, spouses that will complete them and that will be a help in their walk with you Lord. Help them to find a spouse that loves you, and that shares your heart for them. If it is your will that they walk a little further without marriage at this time, then give them courage and strength in this area of their life as well. Protect them from loneliness and from compromising your commands for their well-being. Guide them in the way that they should go as they have become mature and accountable in different ways as adults. Bless them and prosper them. Grant them friendships that are mutually fulfilling and that allow them to sharpen one another's character in Christ. In the name of Jesus.
Thank you Lord. We give you praise this day. Again you are here just as you promised. Whether we see you or whether we must walk by faith... we know that you will never forsake us and that you hear our every cry and request. And you answer. We love you Lord. Amen.

Father, we pray for your people in India today. Bless them and keep them in every area of their lives. Thank you for all that you have done and all that you are doing in that region. Thank you for providing for every physical need and every spiritual need. in the name of Jesus.
Lord we ask that you would comfort the broken-hearted. We pray that you would minister to the bruised and wounded and bring healing as only your Spirit can do. Sometimes there are just not enough words and no way to express the depth of healing and ministry that a person needs. Sometimes all we can do is to sit in silence and wait on your Holy Spirit to reach into those deep places and bring hope and healing.
Father there are people in India hurting in those deep places. Some have looked death in the face as they have suffered losing a loved one to sickness or murder or war. Some have been robbed of every sense of peace and safety and self-respect. Some have sat under abuse and persecution for so very long and they are worn and tired.... come Lord Jesus, come Holy Spirit, hear the cry and the heartache of the people of India and intervene on their behalf Father.
There are groanings that cannot be uttered. There is agony that is beyond expression. There is a weight that is too great to carry... they need you Lord. They need you to come and they need you to send your laborers. Free that nation from the darkness that oppresses them. They did not choose to be born into that place of darkness, but you sent them there with great purpose for their lives. You sent them to be a light in the darkness. You sent them with the gifts and the courage to perform great things to set the people of that region free.
You heard the cry of that nation, and you have sent and raised up a generation in India for such a time as this... a time of Truth and Freedom thru Jesus Christ. Let it be so Lord. Let strength and courage and every good and perfect thing that you have poured into the hearts of your people in India bloom in this hour of your church. Let a shocking and miraculous anointing rise up in them that turns the tide. In the midst of their pain and their suffering let Faith arise and empower your people to be Christ in an ungodly world. Make them to be like you Lord.
That is the commission. As you walked thru the cursing and persecution of this world. As you loved your enemies, while never backing down from the character and holiness of God, let it be so among the hearts of your people in India. Cherishing your very life, but not loving it to the point of compromise and sin and cowardice. Rather, risking all with great zeal to perform the will of the Father. Remove all doubt and discouragement from the hearts of your people in that region. Just as you ministered to John the Baptist as he sat in prison and the darkness tried to smother his faith -- you sent a word that restored his hope and empowered his testimony even unto death.
Fill your people with hope and contentment and assurance that they will overcome all evil in this world by the grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Help them Father. The persecution and graveness of their situation is great. There is no victory without your help Jesus. We have no strength within ourselves. We fully rely on you, and that is why no devil in hell can turn us from doing all that you have commanded and all that you have promised we can do. Let it be so. Every promise in your word. We claim it for India and your people there. In the name of Jesus. We thank you and praise you Lord. Amen.

Father, we ask you to let your presence be known in India today. We ask that you provide food and drink for the hungry and the poor. We ask that you provide sources of shelter and ways to earn a wage that are not degrading or dehumanizing. Father, make a way for their basic needs to be met, and then pour blessing into their lives far beyond just necessity. Lavish your goodness upon them in every area of their lives and let them know that it is because of your great mercy and love for them. In the name of Jesus.
Father, there is so much that we do not understand. There is no explanation for the suffering of children and adults in such regions, but the root of all evil is in the sin that people choose to commit. Many times it is the innocent that suffer the greatest because of another man's sin. But you see all things Lord. You know exactly who is the victim and you do not shrug your shoulders and accept it as merely a fallen creation.
No.
You are angry LORD when the innocent suffer. Your word (psalm 18) describes you coming from heaven in a rage in a dark cloud with thunder and lightening when your children are attacked. The current state of this world does not justify the suffering of children, and you Lord, have come to earth to intervene on their behalf. To free us from evil. There is much sadness and much heartache, but you shield the core of our being. You make a way of escape, which sometimes means to call us up to be with you.
Your word says that when you take our loved ones from this world, it is often to save them from something that lies ahead (Isaiah 57:1,2). Your word says that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord (2 Cor 5:6-9)
"6Therefore we are always confident and know that as long as we are at home in the body we are away from the Lord. 7We live by faith, not by sight. 8We are confident, I say, and would prefer to be away from the body and at home with the Lord. 9So we make it our goal to please him, whether we are at home in the body or away from it."
And again your word says in Psalm 116:15 "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints."
Father, relieve the suffering of those in body. And comfort the hearts of those that have lost a loved one due to war or poverty or sickness. In the name of Jesus. Healing is in this life, and sometimes healing is in passing thru that veil to be truly alive with you. We pray healing Lord for the people in India according to your mercy and your wisdom and your love. Comfort their families, Fill the absence and the void left by such a loss as only you can. Death was never your plan for us. You warned us in the garden. because you loved us. And even after our rebellion you loved us and made a way for us to live again, beyond death, forever in your presence.
Father, there are people grieving in India. They have suffered much loss. Hear their cry and come to them. We ask that you heal them in this life. But we trust what you are able to see what we cannot, if you choose to take them home to heaven. In the name of Jesus. We give you praise with thankful hearts Lord. Amen.

Father, we love you. We thank you for your constant presence and care in the lives of your children around the world. We are not alone, we are not abandoned, we are not prey for the enemy's will. We are your children Lord. We are of a royal inheritance, with divine authority to change and effect the world in the name of Jesus Christ. We have a commission to go and to defend and to declare mercy and justice and faithfulness thru the Good News that God has come and is with us. Let this Good News be preached and received throughout India today. Now, in this moment, remove every hindrance Father. Release every avenue and resource so that your Light can shine thru your people. In the name of Jesus.
Let your people not forget the poor today. Provide food and clean water for another day, another week, in the name of Jesus. Let your people reflect Christ as they are the conduit, the funnel, the bridge, the servant for the glory of God. Beyond just the physical, Lord, move upon their hearts to pour out blessing into the hearts of the people in India thru fellowship and relationship and genuine friendship and love. Build a bond that will not be broken, just as you have made with your church. We are family, we are one, just as you are one. Let it be so Father, in the name of Jesus.
We agree for parents that are raising their children in that region. We pray that any darkness that opposes them will only serve to make your Light shine brighter in their hearts and their lives and their testimony. We pray that you would draw the hearts of the children to their parents and the hearts of the fathers to their children in India. Just as Father and Son are at peace and work in unity, build and nurture such relationship and communication and submission and honor among these earthly families. Discipline with love, Obedience with a cheerful heart, Trust as they are given back to the God that formed them and gave them to parents to train for Christ. Honor... as you ordained for honor to be Lord.
Remember your people in India today. Shine your favor on them and keep them in your perfect will. Protect them from all evil (no matter its sweetness of appearance or it's blunt darkness), protect them from all evil that would try to keep them from your perfect will and plan for each and every area of their lives. Be their strength Lord, be their guide. In the name of Jesus. Amen

Father, we agree together for the people of India. We ask that you unloose every resource and that you ordain every divine encounter so that the lost will know your love for them... so that the people of India will understand that you have come to earth to bless them not to curse them, that Jesus is God and that he wants to set them free from the law of sin and death so that they can be whole and so that they can set about in service and relationship with others around them... so that they can know Joy and Peace with God and purpose in this life. In the name of Jesus. Let it be so Lord.
We pray that you would move upon the hearts of your people in India as well as your people around the world and those that are agreeing in prayer. We pray that you would cause us to examine our hearts and to repent of anything that is not pleasing to you. Give us clean hands and clean hearts Lord. Help us to know when to walk in mercy, how to walk in justice and what to commit to in faithfulness. We need your conviction, we need your cleansing, we need your guidance Father. Pour your Spirit out upon your people and make us fit vessels to accomplish all that you have called us to do. It begins in the heart Lord. It begins with repentance, with receiving forgiveness and extending forgiveness to those around us. It begins with boldness to call evil evil and Godliness Good. It begins with understanding that some things are important to fight for, but that our weapons are not of this world. Move us to pray with sincere hearts, fervent prayers, and then to be moved to action -- to love as you love. In the name of Jesus.
The enemy rages. He fears your name. He is in a panic and lashes out in hopes of discouraging your people and silencing their declarations and petitions of you. But he is a defeated enemy. He is under your heel, and you will guard your people and we will continue to declare your name in all the earth. We will continue to praise the name of Jesus Christ and to restore Hope and Health to those that cry out for it. Remove all fear Lord, Remove all doubt. Silence every threat, and reveal the smallness of Satan's attempts in the Light of Your Goodness and Your Presence. Come Lord Jesus. The enemy cringes and screams at the mention of your name. Your people will not be afraid because you are with us. Thank you Father. We love you Lord. In the name of Jesus. Amen.

Father, the need is urgent in India. Families, children, are dying in the streets and in obscurity, dying from a lack of basic necessities, dying because there is no voice to speak hope to their hearts, no hands to guide them and to offer nourishment, no arms to hold them and to offer encouragement and love. Send your people Lord. Equip your servants to go and to serve the lost and broken-hearted of India. In the name of Jesus.
Father as your people minister to others in this region and around the world, meet the needs of your laborers. If any walk with wounds of their own, with breaks and tears in the deep places of their hearts, if fear or worry presses hard upon them or their family... set them free in the name of Jesus. Heal the servants, heal the laborers, heal your people Lord so that they may minister with power and great anointing in your name. Thank you Jesus.
In the quiet days, let your people be diligent in that region. Give them wisdom an knowledge of what to prepare for the night or the storm that may follow. This year, 2008, is a key year for India. I don't know what that means but it is a time of preparation, a call to fasting and prayer for that region. You have your hand upon them for some reason, your favor rests upon them and your love is being lavished upon the church there in this hour. You have something in mind for India in the near future, you see what we cannot, and today is the day of Salvation for her people. Draw the lost to the saving knowledge/relationship with Jesus Christ by your Holy Spirit, ALMIGHTY GOD.
Good things. You have planned good things for your people in India. Let the lost choose you Lord. Let them see clearly and understand your sacrifice and your great love for them. Help them to know how personally you want to know them, how precious they are to you, what dear children they are to their Father. Return the hearts of your children in India to their Heavenly Father, just as he has returned to be with them thru Jesus Christ. Call them to you Lord. Call them into fellowship and into service for your glory.
Pour your blessing and your favor out upon them and every member of their families. Reveal every lie and deception that has kept them in bondage, reveal it to those that have been deceived and enslaved by evil. Empower them to let go of what they once loved, and to turn to you so that they can know the ONE who is truly worthy of their love. They are beautiful to you and to us. They are our brothers and sisters, our precious family. In the name of Jesus. Thank you Father. Amen.

Thank you Father that your hand is upon your people in India. Thank you for the many blessings that you have poured out and that you continue to pour out upon that nation. We ask that you would cause your people to remember the poor, not as the poor, but as precious families and individuals that are loved by God, as brothers and sisters that are called according to his purpose just as we have been. In the name of Jesus.
We pray for the government and the courts and legislation in India. We ask that your perfect will be done Father in every decision they make, large or small, concerning the law and concerning the personal lives of the lawmakers. Move upon the hearts and lives of those who hold power and influence in that region. Draw them by your Spirit Lord to meet Christ face to face. Speak to them about the deepest concerns of their hearts and cause them to commit their ways and every area of their lives to you. Help them to see that their voice was given to them by God, and that they are held accountable for the decisions they make concerning the welfare of their countrymen and their families. Move upon their conscience, whether they call themselves Christian or not, and cause them to govern according to your perfect will Lord. Help them to seek salvation thru Jesus Christ.
We pray for the schools and the teachers. We pray for provision for every physical need and for every educational need. We pray for the health and protection of the teachers. We ask that you not only pour favor and blessing upon the students/teachers but that you would remember their entire families and villages. Help the teachers to communicate the Gospel to the children in ways that will bring understanding and Truth to their hearts. Help the teachers to empower them by increasing their academic skills according to the way you have gifted each child specifically. Give them discernment and help them to minister not just to a classroom of children, but to the future leaders and brothers and sisters of India and the world. You have a plan for every child in India. Not one that is hungry or hurting or in need is overlooked by you Lord. You see each one, you hear their cries, you know their dreams, and you will fulfill every promise and good plan that you have made on their behalf. We give you great praise Lord.
India is a blessed nation. Your presence is with the people of that region. Let them see you Lord and let them know that you see them. In the name of Jesus. Amen.

Father, we pray for India today. We send our love and prayers to our sisters and brothers that are in that region. Let them feel it. Let them sense that your presence is at hand to meet every need of their body and their heart and their soul. In the name of Jesus.
Help the people of India that are wanting to learn to read, so they can read the Bible. Help them to grasp the academics of reading with miraculous comprehension Lord. And then put a Bible of their own into their hands. Every soul in India that has a desire and will to read your word, please provide a Bible for them to read from every day without hindrance. Let your word become precious in India. Let it be read aloud and in the secret places. Let it be heard in the streets and in the places of business. Let it be read and looked to for guidance in the homes and in the schools. Let your word be proclaimed and let those that sat in darkness rejoice as your Light shines in their hearts and in their understanding. Good News. Let it be received with grateful hearts that will rejoice to know their Savior, Jesus Christ.
Father, we pray for the elderly of India. We ask that you let them be loved and honored for all that they have done for their families and for the people in their lives. We pray that they would not be seen as a burden, but that they would be seen as the precious people that they are. We ask that you would help them to speak with wisdom concerning the things they have walked thru in life, and that all that they share would minister to those around them. Give them boldness, and renew their strength to shine brightly in this world until you call them home. If they are on sickbeds or deathbeds, Father I pray that you would raise them up and heal them. Being old doesn't mean that they must remain sick and hurting. You can make them well and then take them home as painlessly and suddenly as you deem wise. But give them joy even now, even in their age, give them purpose and love and fellowship. Relieve their suffering according to your wisdom and your mercy. In the name of Jesus.
Send your angels Lord to guard your people. Let them camp around their homes, their work, their churches, their schools, everywhere they go. We agree together for divine protection for your people. Hide them from any evil that looks for someone to devour, let them not even be seen. Let them be covered by your presence and your Spirit so that their enemies will tremble and turn from them in fear and intimidation. Protect your people Lord, and all their possessions that you have ordained to bless them and their ministry with. Protect every person that seeks out your people to hear about this Jesus, every person that is hungry for Truth and that seeks to trust in the Almighty God.
Let a divine conviction cover the land of India, a conviction that draws all men to the saving knowledge and grace of Jesus Christ. Stir a hunger for Truth, your Truth Father, and raise up your people to be prepared to tell them about you. Make ready the hearts of the lost in India to receive the Gospel and to encounter their God, the one true God that loves them beyond all reason, who has called them his friends and his children, who has come to save them and to bless them. In the name of Jesus. Thank you Father. Amen.

Father, we pray for India today. We ask that you would pour your favor out upon the people of that nation. We pray that you would protect your people there. We pray that you would raise up laborers to disciple new believers in that region. We pray that the Gospel would be preached and that the lost would understand your great love for them. In the name of Jesus.
With change comes a shaking Lord. Make your people strong in their Faith to hold on to all that you have taught them and all that you have called them to perform in your name. As the old is torn away and the wounds are scrubbed out as the body is made clean, let the pain be bearable and short-lived. In the name of Jesus. Let healing and restoration be quick but solid works, redeem the time so that much can be accomplished for your glory Lord, so that as many souls as possible can be touched and ministered to. Let it be so Lord. We give you praise.
We pray for the government as India seeks to govern it's people with a greater justice and a great goodness as you have ordained Lord. It is your will that the leaders care for their people in ways that will benefit the well-being and wholeness of every family and every child and every person in India. Bring understanding and peace to their leaders as they try to work out a plan to do what is best for the people of India. Even those that are motivated by selfish gain, let their hearts be moved and their decisions guided so that they will submit to your will Lord whether they realize it or not. You are in control Lord. Only you are God. Your will will be done despite the plan and sin of men. You are great and glorious and we trust in you.
Increase the faith of your people in India and around the world Father. As the enemy rages because his time is growing short, as he panics because he is losing his grip on so much, let your people claim what you have freed for them to own. Let your light shine even brighter in the earth, let the darkness be afraid, let it tremble and fear the name of our God, Jesus the Christ. The devil can scream and have his rant, but he cannot keep hold of what God says is not his. We are told to set the captive free in the name of Jesus. Then let it be so. Let us do what Christ has commanded in India and thru out this dark and cursed world. In the name of Jesus. Perfect love casts out all fear.
Our God is perfect, His Love for us is perfect, and we are perfected because we have chosen to return his love and affection. Therefore, fear of what evil can do is not a factor. It becomes small, and God becomes everything. Our God is big. Our God has all power. He rules and reigns in heaven and on the earth. And he has called us to his side to do the same for his glory, by his grace. Praise to Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Amen.

Father, pour your favor out upon your people in India today. We ask that you provide for their physical needs with plenty of food and water, with medical supplies and treatment, and with clothing and shelter. We ask that you would move on their behalf and make a way for them to earn a decent and fair wage to provide for their families on a regular basis. We ask that they not have to struggle and be anxious from day to day trying to provide fo their family. Help them Lord to walk whatever is set before them in this life, and help them to trust in you whatever that must look like. If it needs to be a daily thing, then let them not be anxious or distressed or fearful. Give them peace to know that you will provide all and in abundance. In the name of Jesus.
Father we ask that you would meet every spiritual need of the people of India. Let the Gospel be preached in whatever manner will prove effective. Draw the lost to your love and to your Truth by your Holy Spirit. You messengers can tell them about Jesus Christ, but it is your Spirit that truly convinces their heart of your reality. We ask that you would come Holy Spirit and perform that work in the hearts of the people in that region. Raise up committed laborers that will invest long-term to disciple those that are newly saved. Give them a heart that desires lasting relationship and a hunger for meaningful friendship rather than just a project or a mission to be sent on. Let your laborers see the people of India as people, as brothers, as sisters, as family, as friends. Pour out a heart of sincerity and bind us together with a love of Christ and a love for one another. In the name of Jesus.
Thank you for your presence in India Lord. Thank you that your Truth shines brightly in that region. We rejoice that the darkness flees from the mention of your name. We praise you that you have removed all fear from our hearts and our ministry. We thank you that we can trust in you, the Almighty God, because you will never forsake us nor disappoint us. Father, we love you so much. We love you for so many reasons. We love you because you first loved us and made yourself known to us. We are blessed in our own nations, we are blessed in India, we are blessed in the heavens and in the earth because you are with us and you will never forsake us. Thank you Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We ask you to lavish favor upon your people in India today. We ask that you would hear the cries of their heart and rush in to minister to every need according to your wisdom and your mercy. We ask that you would hear their requests for provision and that you would put all things into their hands in your perfect timing. Touch their hearts Lord. Increase their faith. Let them not doubt you for anything big or small. Let a boldness rise up in them to ASK, and let them rejoice when they RECEIVE all according to your perfect will. In the name of Jesus.
Father, we look around India and it seems that nothing has changed. The enemy would love nothing more than to cause us to not see all that you have done and are doing. But we ask that you would open the eyes of your people to see as you see. Make the blessings of God become glaringly clear, let your light shine forth from everything you touch, and let the lost be drawn by your Spirit and unexplained anointing that rests upon it. Help us to not judge by appearances, but help us to see and to move with righteous judgment based upon the inward work. You say it is so before our eyes can see it... but we know that when you say something is so... it is. And very soon it will become evident and be manifested in the earth before our very eyes. FAITH LORD! Help us to believe for the impossible and for the unseen. In the name of Jesus.
I pray against all discouragement that is trying to oppress the people of God in India. Father, let the wind of your Spirit blow across hearts and minds and drive it away like a dark cloud. Speak encouragement and your plans to prosper and to bless the people of that region. Let your voice be heard in everything around them throughout each and every day. Remind your people of your great love, of your unwaivering faithfulness, of your bigness and your power and the smallness of your voice that moves the very mountains and shakes the entire earth. We believe Lord. We trust in you. Let it be so in the heart of every believer in India. Give them unexplained joy, Give them a song of their own to sing of your love. Pour a Spirit of worship out upon India. Increase a hunger and a thirst for your Word Lord, for a greater intimacy with the Almighty God.
No longer from a distance. No longer as though their face must remain in the dirt at your feet. Let the people of India look up and let them see the beauty of your face and the welcome of your smile as they encounter you as Friend and Lover of their souls. In the name of Jesus. Amen

Father we cry out for India today. We pray for the broken-hearted in that region. Mothers and Fathers have been robbed of their children. Children have been robbed of a parent. Some are left childless, others are left orphans in the streets. And they hurt Lord. Every day. You see their misery, you know their pain. You are moved and outraged over the injustice that they are made to suffer. Your heart aches because of the loss that they feel, and because of the uncertainty they are tormented with as they wonder where their loved one is... whether they are dead or alive, whether they are safe or tortured. The situation is grave for many in that region. You are our only hope. You are the only one that can intervene in such situations. You can restore a loved one miraculously, or you can bring peace to those who will never see their loved one again in this life. We ask that you do the miraculous Lord. We ask that you bring peace to the broken-hearted and comfort to their tormented loved ones that are grieving. In the name of Jesus.
We pray for those that are oblivious to the pain of their countrymen. We pray for those that are caught up on greed and selfishness and denial. We ask that you would soften their heart, that you would cause compassion to rise up in their hearts, that you would cause them to defend the helpless and the poor. Father, minister to the children in need, to the elderly, to families that are hurting. Even those with wealth in India know what it is to hurt. They understand loneliness and fear and suffering. Cause them to recognize it in those less fortunate, and as they reach out in ministry, let the blessing return to them in ways completely unexpected. Cause them to give freely thru service and provision, and cause them to receive so much more than they could have foreseen. Cause the people of India to love one another as never before, no matter their status, no matter the labels put upon them by men and cultures. In the name of Jesus.
There is a child somewhere crying for help. There is a mother tormented because she is separated from her daughter. There is a Father denied the freedom to speak his heart to his son. There are sons that miss their mothers and their sisters. The streets look so normal, business continues day to day, but people are suffering terribly. Father I thank you that you see their suffering and that you are working in ways that we cannot always see to bring them relief, to free them from such bondage. Help them to forgive, and assure them that they are forgiven as they turn from their sin.
There is an India seen at first glance in it's beauty and culture, but there is a darkness that eats away at the souls of many. Freedom Lord. Lust of the Flesh will not prevail over your people. Deliver those that are victimized by the sins of men. Cause all sexual arousal to be quenched if someone is being violated, if a child is being ravaged. Protect them. Cause their rapist to suffer great pain that will make them unable to be aroused or to even touch that one that they mean to rape or abuse. The cry is real. The need is urgent. Come Lord Jesus and protect the innocent.
We ask these things for our brothers and sisters in India, for those that have no voice, for those that are forgotten, for those that have been made to seemingly disappear. We hear them in our spirits just as you do Lord, our heart aches with theirs and yours, and we know that you are angered that the enemy has attacked them. Thank you for working on their behalf. Thank you that you are intervening and that the evil committed against them will end now. Thank you that you have come from heaven to be with them, to heal them, and to set the captive free. We claim all these things for the people of India. In the name of Jesus. Amen.

Father, we pray for your people in India today, March 3rd, 2008. Send laborers to free those unjustly imprisoned, to heal the sick, to comfort the dying, to heal the hurts of the children and their families, to preach the Good News that God has come to defend them. Protect your people, Lord. Protect the innocent. Shake their captors and tormentors until they turn from their sin and seek forgiveness. Let their transformation be radical, just like Saul/Paul, and let your people be complete in their forgiveness. Such forgiveness requires miraculous anointing, and so we ask for such miracles of repentance and forgiveness. In the name of Jesus.
Sexual slaves are waking up today faced with another day of misery. You are working on their behalf, you have not forgotten them, but we must wait for your work to manifest completely. Comfort hearts to know that you have not forgotten them. Cause them to trust in you and in your word and give them strength coupled with hope. Be their hope Lord. Again, we ask that you intervene in every detail Lord to keep them from evil. Bind up anyone that tries to victimize the innocent thru sexual sin or violence or any other evil. Make it stop, now, in this moment. In the name of Jesus, the Almighty God. We cry out to you Father. The misery increases for many. It becomes too horrid to bear. The people of India need you. Come Holy Spirit. Come Lord Jesus. We are helpless and broken-hearted!
We pray that legislation in that region will be overturned with speed and all diligence. Strip all power from organizations and interest groups that prey upon the innocent. Silence the voices that try to silence the Good News from being preached. Not taking their lives, but taking their power and ability to hinder what is the perfect will of God. Let your will be done Lord, because it is your will to bless and to heal the people of India. Intervene in the courts Lord. Cause legislation to pass that will relieve much of the misery heaped upon the poor and the helpless. And let your name be praised. Let every individual know that it was by your hand and let them praise your name Lord Jesus.
Help mothers and fathers and adult children to find work. Help them to get food and water and provisions for their families by earning an honest and fair wage. Give them the skill and ability they need to perform whatever job that opens up for them. Provide childcare and school for their children. Provide voices to speak and encourage and teach them of you Lord Jesus. Fill their lives with a greater Joy by your grace and your mercy. No matter the darkness that presses in all around them, let them clearly see the hand of God and his many blessings. And cause them to be strengthened and encouraged and empowered and full of Hope. In the name of Jesus. Thank you Father. You are great and glorious. Amen.

As I enter into prayer, agreeing with selahgirl, I do this with holy fear and thank you for this holy ground. You are at work in a mighty and powerful way, wooing, calling out to your lambs, "I will never leave you. I will never forsake you." Wrap your mighty, loving arms around these in need of you. Shield, protect and defend the widow, orphan, forlorn man crying out for hope, for encouragement. May your light dispel all the darkness today. Provide those jobs and great favor. Oh Father, i praise you for your wonderful mercy, grace and love. Give your peace that passes all understanding even now. You move, You work, You bless us by calling us to our knees. Thank You Jesus for my brothers and sisters in India. Thank you for the servants that do the lowly work in the hotels, thank you for the social outcasts, the pariahs. We agree together for your people in India Lord. Thank you for the prayers of your saints. Bless your people around the world who have not forgotten the poor and the hurting and the disadvantaged (those praying in India and those right here praying for the many prayer needs on this entire website). Bless them and their families and their ministries. Equip them with wisdom and strength and provision. Walk with them and guide them to know your perfect will and empower them to perform it for your glory Lord. In the name of Jesus.
Father send your laborers into India. Send them from all regions of the world. Raise them up from the soil of India's own people. Voices that will teach your Truth from your word, voices that will speak about your great love for them, voices that will help them to understand that Jesus Christ is God and that he has come to set us free from sin and death. Send adults, send women and children, send someone to people of every walk of life. Let there be no piece of ground in India, no ear of their countrymen, that has not been touched by the Word of God and the presence of your people. Plant and harvest great things in that nation Lord, things that will bless the people you love and that will cause them to love you back. In the name of Jesus.
We pray for the courts again today Lord We pray for the law enforcement and the military. We ask that you would move upon their hearts to favor your will Lord. We ask that grace and kindness would be shown to your people. Even those that refuse to accept the truth of Jesus Christ, we ask that they be moved to obey the perfect will of God. Let your will be done in India Lord. Let the captive be set free from physical and spiritual bondages, let the sick be healed, let the hungry be fed, let the broken-hearted be comforted as only you can, and let the Good News of Jesus Christ be preached and taught freely in that land. In the name of Jesus.
We thank you Father. We thank you that those who sit in darkness do not sit alone. We thank you that that little girl held captive in that brothel is not forgotten, but you are there and you see her and you are working to set her free. We thank you that that father unjustly thrust into prison and separated from his family is not without a voice. You are speaking to him and for him and you will make a way for him to return to his family. Bless them in his absence. Provide their every need until he returns. Father, we pray for the Christians in India today. We ask that you speak to them today in ways that grab their attention as never before, in ways that make your presence more real than they have ever known. Whether it be a passage of Scripture from the Word of God, or a smile from someone that appreciated their kindness, or the pain in someone's eyes that moves them to compassion so that they refuse to give up on that person's salvation. Let your people see Jesus in every soul that you bring across their path, and let Christ be reflected in all that they say and do for others. A heart to serve in your name Lord. Hands that are diligent, refusing to be idle or at ease. A harvest of souls to love. People that acknowledge the love of God and who choose to love him back. In the name of Jesus.
We don't understand all the military and political workings in that region Lord, but we ask for peace. In the name of Jesus. War is necessary at times to set the captives free, but it so often becomes an instrument of greed. Protect India from the selfish ambition of men and nations. Cause her to remain at peace and to only defend when the helpless are attacked or at risk. Let it become the heart of that nation to love God, our precious Lord Jesus, and to love people of all nations. Move upon that region and let a voice rise up that speaks wisdom and mercy according to your perfect will Father. Quiet all violence motivated by selfishness. Make safe places and refuge in that region for your people and for all who seek to remain in your will. Your will is all that is Good. Your Goodness is Life, abundant Life. In the name of Jesus.
Food for the hungry. Clean water. Provision for all physical needs and a heart to share with those around us. Let this be the heart of your people around the world and in India. Knit us together in love and in unity and in compassion. Wise as serpents but gentle as doves, as we seek to perform your will Lord in ministry and in relationships and in family. There are daily needs in this physical world, you see the needs and you understand the concerns or our hearts. But you have assured us that there is no need to worry as long as we trust in you. Father increase the faith of your people in India.
It is difficult in the face of trial to trust completely, but your Spirit and your Word can empower us to do it. Help the people of India in the many hardships that they are facing to trust in the Almighty God. Cause them to cry out to you and to look to you for strength and guidance in their hour of need. Jesus came to be acquainted with our grief... he came to walk with us in this dark world... to show us a better way as we transition from the curse to the blessing of God... let this Truth be realized in India as never before. Shine in the Darkness Lord and guide the people of that region to know you and to trust you. Let them see you in your people, in their brothers and sisters in Christ. Thank you Father.
