I thank God in Christ for...
-His amazing grace
-His sovereign love
-His being good all the time no matter what
-His faithful nearness
-His enabling my severely damaged kidneys to function adequately and even well all these years despite cancer treatments, other medical conditions, and two childbirths
-His training me through years and years of suffering hardship (mostly all medical) to depend on Him more and more, to more and more want to be conformed to the image of His Son, to desire Him more and more deeply
-His teaching me bit by bit (in the midst of my stubbornness) to think more highly of others than I think of myself
-His taking on my unrighteousness in order that I might take on His righteousness and be saved
-His taking on my penalty in order that I might be set free
-His being my Best Friend

I am thankful that I had a good day.
I am thankful that I am truely trying to have a closer walk with the Lord.

I'm thankful for memories of 5 loved ones and friends that have gone to be with the Lord within the past month (May10-JUNE10). And that Jesus died for all and rose to prepare a place for us. [:)]

today, i'm thankful for peace that i haven't had in who knows how many years....

I'm thankful for our dear grandson (age 8).

Last night he spent the night and I prayed over him and with him like I always do (after his Bible story). But, when I'd finished praying, he said, "Grammy, you forgot to pray something important. You forgot about the angels!" And so I asked the Lord God once again to set his angels around my grandson, to keep watch over him through the night.

Thank you God for blessing me with this sweet child...in Jesus name.

I am thankful to be alive so that I may learn the word, continue to grow closer to you Lord so that I will be with you in your kingdom one day. Thank you for this week, I had such a traumatic week but it has brought me even closer to you Lord, after knowing one of my residents commited suicide on my property this week, it really shook me up. I thank you Lord that you have put his family on my heart ane I so pray for this mans mother and the heartache she must feel...I praise you Lord, I am so blessed to be able to be here to talk about you Lord and to try to bring people closer to you Lord....

I PRAISE YOU LORD!!!
