Looking like New Orleans and LA for much of Gustav - so in that respect, she'll be okay - however, there IS another area of wx forming down in the Bay of Campeche that could move up that way. Just tell her to stay aware and take precautions if necessary. It's the peak of hurricane season......any time in Aug/Sept is bad in Houston.

Yeah she didn't have much choice in timing I think but she's only gone until Tuesday anyway...she used to live in the panhandle of FL so she's accustomed to such weather, but not keen on being in Houston should anything happen.

I am sure he does not..........think about it Tina..........he seems to think he is quite wonderful.........if he was eating cheesecake or at least the special formula cheesecake you all are serving in THAT thread.....he would not have a big head and only think he is so so.

Uh yeah. I think I'm an open book in a sense that I'll answer a question if asked, but closed in the sense that I don't volunteer information. If that makes any sense at all... I've gotten a lot better about it, but I still use high discretion at who I open my book to!!
And thanks for following me around. I just want to start singing "Me and my shadoooww"  I must warn you that if you follow too closely cheesecake WILL be involved. Just ask certain persons who may or may not be dubbed "CheesecakeBoy" LOLOLOL...

Wow I feel so lucky to have gotten out just in time...........if I had followed you to cheesecake accidentally ..........all my hard work would have been for nothing.
Confession........ today is not the first day I have followed you around......if I am bored I sometimes click on your profile and check out where you have been.........why? Cause you always make me laugh and are just one of those feel good gals who brings sunshine into any thread you are in.
