Rain is good, right?
I'm just so thankful that we were spared the hard weather.... we are truly blessed. I see a lot of people's lives were completely torn because of the storm. 
I did get a wonderful weekend of nature.... it's cool in Hemphill... Dave's apartment is above the garage of the home a man at his church has for sale. (He's selling it for a mere $210,00.... interested?)
Anyways... Dave keeps an eye on the house and does yard work for the guy in trade for his rent. The house has a beautiful porch with a built in bbq area and a picnic table... from there we can see a wonderful view of the lake... there are trees everywhere.... nature... it's beautiful and very restful to the soul.
There is still electricity on in the house... so I am able to sit out there and plug my laptop in and write while the squirrels jump from tree to tree and the hummingbirds stop by to check my progress....
Did you get into nature this weekend?

click on 'inbox'
scroll down and under button where it says 'send private message' there is a label that says "PM Status"
in there is a progress bar displaying 0%, 50%, and 100%. Put your mouse over the bar filling up status and leave it there for a second until a tool tip pops up and that will display your percentage used, # messages, and limit if tooltip doesn't pop up right away, then left click the bar and let your cursor hover again. what are the 3 numbers?

I know what you wrote.....something about inviting me for a long weekend over Christmas break or something........or maybe me, you, veronica, trainfan and the new blue nurse from Michigan getting together for a weekend of cross country skiing in the UP this winter.

Girl it will be hard enough to get people to come a short distance..........I am not even going to try a long one..........

I have found that talking to myself can make for a very fun conversation!
Hey Rach, maybe instead of skiing we could ride St. Bernards down - they come with their own cute little brandy casks, ya know. Then by the time we got too far south for snow the brandy would be gone and we could fill them with water for the Bernards to drink... lol.

Stop making me laugh........I need to head home but am having way to much fun...........
You know it was so much fun meeting veronica.......now I want to meet everyone........I guess before now I have been a little hesitant just because I didn't want to impose on people but I think that was just that little part of me which still struggles to receive from the Lord you know.......
