Gary, that link took me to my church. Try taking the link from the spot right above the map that says "Link To This Page," and not the link from the address bar.

Wow in my head the USA map was upside down regarding the central states but then it seems that even the central north states are called Midwest...how come they are up north almost Canada and called "mid" and "west" too ? And how plain is there? There are no small mountain what so ever?
Dont know but the grass look way more greener at the midwest then here in the south...as I read at wikipedia history and stuff I do prefer way better up there I have to say...I would miss just the ocean, I think.
There's no school in there, Adriana, it just has a lot of room for offices and the fellowship lobby. No mountains around here either. Just lots of flat with some rolling hills here and there, and lots and lots of lakes, creeks and rivers.
I see ..."rolling hills" that is a very poetic way to say it! Very nice..rolling hills...and sure people may enjoy lots of water and sport activities like canoing and kayak and etcs as fishing and flyingfishing too...I kind find many here flyingfishing in my rivr hiking excursions but never saw them caught nada..lol...

Hey Steve, does the street view tool only work for certain areas? I clicked your link and then tried putting different addresses in to see if I can see it but I only get the view from above.

Now I wonder if I put my actual location if it would have a street view option as well? I do know that it can be found on Google, and the Ariel is amazingly accurate!

Okay......most of the places I'm trying to see are small town, usa so I kind of figured that may be the reason. Although I recently found a little spot up in the mountains in Montana where I used to live where I can get very close to. I was very surpised because it was just a little spot up in the mountains where there were only 6 houses and they are all gone now, but you can actually zoom in close enough to see some of the foundations.
Those satellite maps are fun. I actually kind of creeped my dad out once when I was still out west I viewed his house here in Michigan and got close enough to see something white sitting out in his yard so I called him up and asked him what it was. He just couldn't figure out how I knew he had something white out in his yard and of course I played it up a bit.

Google Earth is pretty good at seeing stuff fairly close. I like to zoom in on the pyramid areas in Egypt.

You could click the options to allow Google Earth to download. That's strange that it would be blocking that.
I don't use IE anyway. I switched to Firefox. It doesn't act all goofy when you try to do basic things like download files.
