Here I am!

Hello!

How are you doing this fine day?

I am well.
I am doing better than my iniquity deserves.
If I were any better, I'd be twins.

HAHA. My minister of music used this one on me the other day, except for he'd be triplets. I'd never heard it before and said, "What? " He was all, "You've never heard that? I guess it's a West Virginia thing." My reply..."Nope, it's just a wierd Don thing."

Apparently it's not too wierd....

"WELL, HELLLLOOOOO FRANK!!!! IF I WERE ANY BETTER I'D BE TWINS!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!' Oy...he's a nightmare to be in public with.

Oh how mortifying. I've always told Don he should have been a politician or a salesman because he's always coming up with something utterly ridiculous like that. He's a photographer by trade, so I guess he does sell his product. He's just a dork. But I love him.

A guy I used to work with always said that, he was from Kentucky.......we were all glad at work when he moved back. He was another person who was a nightmare in public. Particularly when you were working in a quiet office on a piece of equipment and someone would walk by. He would ask how they were and when asked back here'd come "IF I WERE ANY BETTER I"D BE TWINS!" said loud enough he may as well have been on the intercom.

I always try to slink away from him when he does it too. To no avail unfortunately.

Or he'll introduce me and say, "This is my daughter Katy....see? I got your name right!" because I don't like my real name. You'd think I'd be used to it after almost 30 years...nope. Still not.

The good news is I don't have to worry about embarrassing my children because my father has that area quite covered.

I don't think I'd take kindly to my living off the fruits of my labors without putting anything into the mix.

Going old school to the King of all flirts!

That should sustain me for the next 5-6 days until I see your smileys once again!

...and since I'm leaving and can't get in trouble if I'm not here...

Faretheewell, my handsome prince! May the days seem like hours, and the hours seem like minutes until we next meet again!!!

*runs into the sunset*

to be continued ...

awwww....that's so sweet of you!

...and for you: Wild Cherry Pepsi.

I wonder how the two would taste mixed together. You know, in one big glass....two straws...
