Of course I'm looking forward to seeing Indiana Jones. I'm also looking forward to seeing Angelina JOlie's new movie "Wanted" That movie also looks pretty sick.

Speed Racer. I have no clue what its about or anything but the trailers I've seen of it make it look like its the most awesome movie ever made. I'd like to see this in IMAX if I could.

I've got several on my list to try and see this summer:

EXPELLED
Speed Racer
Iron Man
Indaina Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull
The Incredible Hulk
Prince Caspian
The Dark Knight
Mama Mia!

I've also seen a couple of others in here which intrigue me, but I'm not sure if I'll see them or not: Superhero Movie, Journey to the Center of the Earth, and Doomsday.

PRINCE CASPIAN!!
and Get smart. I grew up watching the TV show on Nick at Nite. I can't believe how perfectly they chose the cast.
Of course it will be too different, but I cant wait to see it anyway.

PhrozenPhoenix and doinkdom,

Speed Racer is either going to be fantastic or really awful, IMO.

I commented on it in the "What Movie are You NOT Looking Forward To" thread.

My older daughter reminded me that she had seen it as a kid as well...apparently it ran on Cartoon Network many years ago. Which surprised me. At the time, they were running more recent anime, like the Sailor Moon and Dragonball series.

The preview for Speed Racer looked utterly terrible.

I look to my husband for accuracy in most of the comicbook type movies, since he owned a store back in the 80's that dealt with vintage and newer comics.

He said that preview kinda left ya hanging if it were gonna be true to the original or not.

So...I guess we'll see.

That's actually what I was thinking as well.. I hope it doesn't suck. It looks (as in eye candy) fantastic.

Again, Prince Caspian. Probably because it's going to be the first movie I've seen in a theatre since Pirates III, and the fact that I'll be seeing it with my girl.
