That does take some of the pressure off.

We're not getting Memorial Day off either. The teacher said she'd give us a "lab day" that day. Not sure what that means except no classroom time.

It's going to be 102 here today. How fun  It's jumped so fast...2 weeks ago it was in the 70s, and no one is acclimated yet.

Steve, they did away with that at schools out here a long time ago. Kind of sad that normal childhood games we played can't be enjoyed by the kids anymore.

No wonder why kids take out their aggressions on society, they can't do it naturally during play.

As usual, in an attempt to fix a real problem, authorities go WAY overboard, and cause more problems than they fix.

I know there are many hunters. I have friends who are hunters and I harass them in my own special way, lol. But every year in the paper I work on, beginning in late September/early October, we have many, what I call, dead animal pages featuring hunters and their "catch".
