Oh, and here's a little idea I had this morning;

I'm going to start a "Snarkiness 101" thread in which we will learn and explore ways to be snarky without looking like it. How does that sound?

We'll learn to post things like ~

That is certainly a very interesting perspective.

I'm afraid you're too cunning to be understood. (That's Shakespeare even!)

I have no doubt that you are quite sincere in that mistaken belief.

I think it'll be fun, what do y'all think?

Hellooooo...please come back....I promise not to talk about ugly stuff anymore.

I love this idea!!!!! Snarkiness 101 - priceless!!!!!

Correct. Gold stars for you, BT!

Well, about the constable anyway.....I think it actually goes "This learned constable is too cunning to be understood."

Oooooh! Ooooooh! Ooooooh! Start it and send me an invite! We could really have a blast!

Can we use smileys to secretly express our snarkiness?

Like say, this one:

I have given up... I can't work and keep up with all you "chatty" folks too! I'd love to say "so work is history" but alas I can't- or at least can't and eat and keep a roof over my head , so I will just resort to popping in saying Hi now and then until work lets up a bit...

Hope you all have a great evening- I hope I can pop in tomorrow.

Fritz - please, when you do start your Snarkiness 101 thread, leave a rabbit trail, okay? Sounds like a hoot!

Sleepwear - I wear really, really, really large nightshirts (well, actually men's triple-extra large tall t-shirts). So comfortable, and I can hop in and out and run of bed and walk around the house and not feel, um, exposed. (Which wouldn't matter since I live alone, but I don't like the feeling . . . )

Umm . . . hi James! How ya doin'!

I'm better now than I was earlier today. I almost didn't go to school. But I did. And it was a great day today!

Perfect!

Okay, where's Kath? I need to know where to start such a thread. I want to start it in Theo House but I don't know.....

Plus! We can practice on anyone who comes in and tells us that snarkiness is unChristian (and you know they're going to ).

For heaven's sake, Terri. Which conversation was that? Quote something and bring it up here and we'll gab about it some more.

GMA, I'm thinking work has to go.
Can you only get online at work? That would make it difficult to keep up with all these verbose folks. That would be them. I just talk a lot.

Loverly just said that she would like to take part in the Snarkiness 101 class... She also asked if there was a need for Financial Aid to attend such a class..
