Definitely a compliment. She gets the guy in the end.

That line could be taken in a couple of ways.

If you enjoy 'chick-flicks', you've got to see P.S. I Love You. It was fantastic!

I'm not so much a "chick-flick" gal, but I always enjoy a movie involving the FBI.

Not to mention beating him up in the talent competition.

This movie is right up your alley, phosy.

Miss Congeniality is one of my favorite movies. Sandra Bullock was so cute in that. Yes, she was an FBI agent.

Now I'm going to have to go rent it so I know whether Kerr insulted me or complemented me....

It's one of my favorite movies. Miss Congeniality 2 was not so good though.

There was a Miss Congeniality 2? I didn't see that, but I rarely go to a sequel if I enjoyed the first one a lot. They never are as good.

I go along with the consensus that Miss Congeniality was terrific, but Miss Congeniality 2 can be skipped.

Brenda, you look wonderful in that picture! I'm sure you're just as lovely now. Years only infuse wisdom into the beauty that is already there!

Thank you for the wonderful compliment. I hope that I have attained a small amount of wisdom or at least decreased my aptitude for doing dumb things.... I just wish that I could be more worthy of being His. But I know that none of us are worthy. I just want to please Him. I love where the Bible says that David was a man "after God's own heart". Isn't that a wonderful testimony?

Prayer request please! I've been suffering from a headache now for 3 days. No medication has helped. Please ask the Lord to ease this just a little. Thank you so much!

Father, I lift up your daughter, BelovedHandMaiden, to you and ask you to take this prolonged headache completely away. Give her total relief from pain and discomfort. In Jesus name, Amen.

Good morning, Dear Friends! I'm thinking I should have mowed on Tuesday considering that, since yesterday forenoon, it's been raining and looks to keep raining til Sunday.

The fact that EVERYONE around me was mowing really should have given me a clue, don't ya think?

As I walked to the garage this morning I thought "Wow, the grass is getting really long- it needs mowing". However it has been so darn wet around here that I haven't been able to. Now it's going to be a real mess when I get to it... sigh.

Good Morning everyone. Hope you all have a great day!

I have mowed twice so far this year and the grass was 6 inches tall both times.

I know!!! The last time I mowed I got it nice and short and raked everything up so that it finally looked decent. Guess I'll get to start over.

Thankfully, I only mow inside my fence in the backyard (my neighbor does the rest on his riding mower, God bless him!) so it's only me who has to look at it when it looks bad. But still...
