Another one is sausage, mushrooms, olives and onions
I love pineapple on veggie pizzas and sometimes on all meat pizza.
Pepperoni I can do without; I won't pick it off, but it's not something I would intentionally order.
I've not had any of those cookie pizzas, though.

There seems to be a bit of confusion about this thread. I will attempt to enlighten any newcomers who may be confused.
