Hope no one takes this wrong, but I voted for Susan Peck Jackson, she is so deserving of this. Plus, I am sick to death of the same old, same old groups/artists winning every year, there should be a cut-off as to how many straight times 1 person/group can win...........I guess what I'm saying is, we have some new/old blood out there, and they deserve to be noticed and given credit for the Blessings they send out.

Susan is awesome! While Libbi is and possibly will always be my favorite Alto singer, Susan is one of the sweetest folks on the road!!!! And I'd be thrilled if she won with her or with the other Susan (Whisnant) as well.

well, I am kinda in a fix. Two of my SG female heroes are on that list!!! They would be Libbi Stuffle and Susan Whisnant. I think they are both awesome and I would love it for either of them. I honestly find myself hoping that Susan wins, just because she hasn't before. But I would be just as thrilled for Lib... She's a doll!

Many great alto singers on this list. I understand it is a Fan Awards program and the same people usually win many consecutive years, but I would love Susan Whisnant to pick up a win.

I like all the altos listed that I've heard but my favorite on the list is probably Connie Hopper. She is such a lady of class and has been faithful for so many years. I'll be happy no matter who gets it though.

I'm torn again!! Sheri or Connie? I LOVE them both...and it is so hard to choose, but I would have to vote for...Sheri. (Surprise!! Not a Hopper!! haha)

I voted for Carol Woolard.... but was hoping to vote for Sharon Hodges..... her and sister Janet Hayes Haas are the best singer in any group to me and they do amazing groups at it as well.

I think Kelly Nelon tops all altos. She has sang with many people over the years and she gives the Nelons their sound. She blends in with no matter who she sings with. From Bruce Carroll to Karen Peck, she is the best Barnone!

I voted for Susan Whisnant! She is an incredible singer, and an even sweeter person! She is one of the most genuine people you will find in the SG industry! I really hope she picks up a win this year! I'll be there to cheer her on!

I voted for Debra Talley, although there are several excellent altos listed. She has a very pleasing voice. I also agree that the Hayes sisters are great albeit underrated singers.

I find it interesting that Susan Whisnant is in the lead! Even though my vote went to Libbi Stuffle, from everything I've heard Susan Whisnant is a very nice lady (in addition to what I do know, being a good alto), and it might be nice if she won some year.
