Well today was my Pookie's birthday he turned 8. So we are celebrating. Then there is an awards banquet with the playhouse I work with. Then i'm watching Tookie on Sunday so they can all take Pookie to Carowinds for his birthday.

I've been busy. I loaded the dishwasher, handwashed some dishes, cleaned the bathroom, vaccuumed, gave myself a pedi. I made slaw for later too. We are celebrating my nephews birthday today. Its hot as Hades outside.

I know what you mean, I stepped out to the garage to talk to my brother for a second and its tad bit humid out there. I'm so glad the A/C is fixed now.

Mom is still sick. I'm ok. I'm really tired already this week. My lip is hurting pretty bad. Other than that I can't wait till Friday!

Mom just has a horrid summer cold or something. She's had it for over a week and nothing is helping her.
Well my lip...lol.
I was at work today and we were having dance time. I was sitting in a chair resting while the kids continued. The phone started ringing so I was getting up to answer it when a little girl decided she wanted to jump into my lap. Well our heads collided and I bit through my lip. From the look on her face I didn't know how bad it was. She was mortified. I didn't need stitches or anything, but it was bleeding profusely and was swelling pretty quickly. Its still hurts especially when I try to eat or drink anything.
