I know, me too!

I know somebody here in my town who is from Australia (she's the admin. on a local moms message board I post in). We see each other occasionally at forums get togethers and I just LOVE to hear her talk.

It wouldn't matter, as I don't have a working mic. I want to get one at some point, though.

I used to have one - in fact, the headphones I use at the moment have a broken mic on the end of it. I need to get a new one.

Hello friends.

I know i've made a hasty decision. I know that I leave in just a few days. I however want you all to know that it changes nothing between us. I love you all and am thankful that you are supporting me.

Contrary to popular belief I am not running away from my problems, ditching the people I care about, or trying to hurt people. What hurts me is that people are thinking these things. People are waiting for me to fail. (So far no one on the forums.)

I'm glad that I know who my true friends are before I leave. I know who I can come back to. Thank you all for being such a blessing in my life!

Love, Terri

Ps. Sorry about the rant!

Don't worry about the rant, it's perfectly fine. We all have to vent sometimes.

I know why you're venting, and if we didn't have to get off the phone, I'd still be there... Just remember. In Graham, NC, you are loved and supported. And prayed fer.

That's so tiny I can barely imagine it. I can imagine it because I have seen an even smaller township. Small as in a general store, a bunch of houses, I think a church, and thaaat's it.

cammo...i live in a town of 350! lol and i moved from a town of 750. there's lots of little farm towns around here. and it doesn't matter....cuz i STILL hate living in town. give me the farm any day!!!!!

I love this quote!

My in-laws are so sad about us moving. My MIL is beside herself with grief and I just hate it, but we get almost daily confirmation, in all sorts of forms, that it is God leading us to Missouri. No doubt about it.

You do whatcha gotta do and you go where God leads, Terri.

MO....oh no!!!!! that's enemy territory! (says the fellow cubbie )

oh, sweetie. i'm sorry your friends aren't all supporting you. but as i tell my daughter...usually when someone tries to beat you down...it's becuz of their own fears and insecurities. it has almost NOTHING to do with you personally. so you just have to be the bigger person. maintain your inner God-given strength, and flash that fabulous smile...and tell em "it makes me sad you can't support me in this...when you know this is what i truly feel God is leading me to do. just know...i'd support you if the tables were turned. cuz i love you and only want what God wants for you...even if id' miss you terribly."
