I know! Funny what a little thing like a comercial does to make people think.... I haven't had this few people on cell phones since I started working fast food!

I thought of this thread yesterday. I went our local McD's drive-thru. I had my niece, J-8 with me. I asked for everything with no salt, like I always do. I forgot to order extra pickles for J-8's cheeseburger. I apologized to the man at the window and asked for some pickles on the side. I guess the man at the window didn't know that I know enough Spanish to know when I'm being cussed at. When I got done speaking to the manager, I had my money back and he'd been sent home.

I always feel badly for whomever is performing the customer service role and the customer can't even give them the time of day (appear too good to even acknowledge the person)espeically when good customer service is hard to find these days. Plus...it sometimes slows the line down.
