I know...I try. I'm just not a pursuer so it's kind of...awkward...LOL
We do have life group together on Sunday so perhaps I can achieve something there. *sigh* To be honest I don't want him to get to know me but rather Christ through me. I want him to see my spiritual side and how I live and want to be with me that way instead of my charm or dashing good looks. 
THAT is a good thing.

I know it sounds so cheesy, but like I told Kyoudai, I don't want to get to know BB over a cup of coffee, or movie, I want to see how he worships, how he studies the Word, what he does with it, stuff like that; and I want him to see the same with me.
The couple of times we did a Bible group together he and I were quite on the same path and had the same thoughts about the Scripture. It completely blessed me and I hope to have more moments like that.
Even our sense of humour is comparable...LOL when I talked about 'rat on a stick' he went along with me and I with him. It was such a God moment!

i really think he could have done something else to avoid a fight, i mean it took zimmer an hour to walk on his cane from the dugout to the mound ...that was more than enough time for pedro to bake a cheesecake and give it as a peace offering ...
