It's to rate the post.....I guess like in the past, but only mods can do it now. I don't know what they meant in the past.
I remember they had affected your rankings...so it was possible for a senior member to bump up to super member (without the post count) when there were enough rankings. It was shortlived though because you could also give negative rankings.
All the same, thank you, madam mod- for rating my post!!!
